You decide to focus on the gift Vegeta gave you. Unfortunately, you don’t know how to access it so you just meditate and focus on your mind. Soon enough, the knowledge comes to you in bits and pieces. You learn that in his universe, they use something called Ki. It’s basically life force turned into raw energy that can be used to make energy blasts or enhance your physical attributes. You compare Ki to chakra, deciding that although chakra is more versatile, Ki is more deadly. You also learn that he has a deadly attack, called Gallick Gun. From what you’ve learned, you would hate to be on the receiving end of it.
You spend the next three hours training on Ki. You first try to draw it out from your chakra pool, with little results. You then move on to your soul, trying to draw Ki from that. Within a minute, you have an aura of a quarter of an inch long. The aura does indeed boost your physical attributes, from speed to strength to even awareness. You don’t try an energy blast for fear of damaging your room. You can only create an aura of a quarter inch long, and can only keep it up for five minutes. Pretty handy, but you’ll need to work on it.
Once the three hours are up, you head towards the room where you left Orochimaru. In the room is Kabuto, waiting for you. He looks up at you, and says with a creepily genuine smile, “Thanks for not taking too long. Well, onto your training.” He pulls out a tiny sheet of paper, and hands it out to you. You walk up to receive it, while Kabuto states, “Pour chakra into it so we can determine your elemental nature.” You do as he says, focusing and pouring your chakra into it. Soon, the paper…
A: Ignites and turns to ashes.
B: Splits into two.
C: Wrinkles.
D: Turns to dust and crumbles away.
E: Becomes wet/damp.

I knew this decision would be split. Hopefully a majority comes soon.

I need a consensus to update!!!
And, there's three elements I would think of as speed.
Fire, Wind, and Lightning.

The paper ignites and turns to ashes.
"Well, you've obviously have Katon as your main element. Orochimaru won't need you for several years, and we'll probably have to move away from Konoha to a country he personally owns because of what we're doing. I'll let you come up with how long and what you'll be training in, and I'l bring some other people to train you from time to time." Kabuto explains, his smile gone once he saw the paper ignite. Maybe he's sad that you got Katon. Or something else, something hidden.
Kabuto hands you a sheet of paper and a pen. He explains that he has to go to another experiment of Orochimaru's, and leaves you alone. The strange thing is the word "experiment". It had a lot of emphasis, almost like he wanted to tick you off. His smile also appeared when he said that word, except it was empty of kindness. You look back at your paper, thinking of what to train in.
Before you can even think about anything, you hear a bloodcurdling scream from the direction Kabuto left, followed with a maniacal laughter. You shudder, recognizing Kabuto's voice in the laughter. You now know why Kabuto and Orochimaru must be stopped, how sick and disturbing they are. If they are left to continue, they will bring unstoppable horrors of nature. Abominations. They probably already experimented on themselves.
The laughters stops, letting you resume your focus on training. What to train in?
(Choose what to train in, and how many months. For now, the total months of training you can have is 12, a year.)
A: Ninjutsu. (Choose the element or yin/yang.)
B: Taijutsu.
C: Genjutsu.
D: Your Kekkai Genkai.
E: Strength.
F: Stamina.
G: Speed.
H: Intelligence.
I: Hand Seals.
J: Fuinjutsu.
K: The basics.
L: Free Will.

K and D.
The basics shouldn't take long. I'll let somebody else decide the time.

And just a reminder, one month would do barely anything to help your understanding and training in a subject. I would suggest around 4-7 months for each area, maybe more, maybe less. That would give you a clear understanding in it, and 1-2 techniques in it.
Once you have trained in an area for 5 months, that makes you an adept in it. If you are an Adept in it, then the only thing you get from training in that area is techniques. The list will only apply to you if your are an Adept in an area.
E Rank techniques take 1/4 of a month to master.
D Rank techniques take 1/2 a month.
C Rank techniques take 3/4 a month.
B Rank techniques take a month.
A Rank techniques take 1 and 1/2 months.
S Rank techniques take 2 months.
Those don't matter for the area of Basics and Strength, Speed, Stamina, Intelligence, and Hand Seals. For those, training in them once you're an Adept ups your level of them.

Are we not allowed to train in the use of Ki? Or is that covered under Kekkei Genkai?

This is Kabuto and others training you. Since you are on the good alignment, you don't want Kabuto and others to know about Ki. Maybe you'll let the other girl experiment know. You'll be training in Ki when you feel like it and have free time, and you'll do it in secret.

I just want to make sure, you all do know that the list of acquiring techniques only matters if you're an Adept in that area?

Your training regimen has officially begun.
For the next five months, Kabuto trains you in your Kekkai Genkai. When Kabuto was teaching you, he transforms into a demonic nature of himself. He expected you to learn everything the first time, and he beat you up if you didn't. He made you wake up at 6:00 and meet him in this vast, empty room. He only let you have a 15 minute break at 4:00, and then continued until 10:00. It was literally hell. He seemed to have limitless energy, while you were constantly tired out. Although you did make very good progress, with tons of bruises to show for it.
You learned how to access your Kekkai Genkai anytime, although it took a while to do so. Every now and then a random person would show up and help. Sometimes Orochimaru, sometimes a random ninja, but most of the time it was Kabuto. He let you have a break on Sunday, so you took that time to relax and train in Ki. You learned how to keep you aura for hours on end, and the aura is a full inch. The aura, a blueish shade, is really helpful. You've tried creating very small energy blasts, but instead managed to make a dark blue beam. It's not that fast, and an inch thick, but you can improve it.
The techniques you painfully learned are....
(Choose two.)
A: Controlled Speed: A technique in which you can manipulate the speed of almost anything you see. The speeds can range from a speeding bullet to a sluggishly slow snail. The only objects that you can't manipulate their speed are humans, gravity, air, and ninjutsu's that aren't fire type. But that can be fixed upon further training. You can use it on yourself though.
B: Age of Speed: You can simulate the effects of age on the same objects as Controlled Speed that you can see. You can cause years of erosion on a shuriken in seconds, causing rust and for it to crumble away. Can be further trained to fix some quirks.
C: Speed Demon: You let your blood and chakra flow through you at abnormal high speeds, causing adrenaline and an enhanced body to be born. From strength to intelligence, everything is improved. You form jutsu's easily, and you get up from hits easier. Lasts 10 minutes and once over causes a strain on your body. Can be further trained to fix it.
D: Speed Clone: A clone of you that whatever touches it gets their speed slowed down by 50%. Works only on humans. Once hit, they disappear. Can be further trained.
E: Slow Down: You cause your brain to move really fast while exerting a slowing down effect on the area around you, including yourself. The result is that time seems to be moving slow, giving you the time to analyze a situation and react once the 15 second time limit is up. Other humans brains will be going slowly, so they don't have the time to analyze. Can be further trained.

A, B, C and E are probably the best choices. Going with A and C
Edit: Whoops I didn't notice the "choose 2" note. You should really bold these things.
