As you lie on your back and try to rest several distant rumbles and thunderings shake you awake. This, plus the constant coughing and the acidic feeling in the back of your throat, make the waiting unbearable. After 3 hours, you smell a poisonous substance coming from your mouth. Then, you uncontrollably throw up a hideous looking blob. The pure black blob keeps bubbling and spreads on the floor like a liquid. You back up from the liquid, too distracted from its poisonous fumes to notice that you feel a lot better.
Paramedics come in from a concealed door on a wall and bring in a giant scroll. You see them blowing the blob onto the scroll with several air jutsus, while another medic gives you a mask of cloth to block out the fumes. You put on the mask as the medics start making handseals like crazy. The blob starts to bubble more violently. Finally, after about 30 seconds, the blob disappears in a poof of smoke. The paramedics rush out as quickly as they came in and Kabuto walks in. You try not to look disgusted at him since you're trying to get on his good side, but it must be showing since he says, "What, I thought you were prepared for the work we do?"
"When did you get the pill in me?" you ask, your voice hoarse from all the coughing.
"During the Genjutsu attack in the caves, when I held you hostage. The pill is pure genius. A mixture of snake venom, special Yang chakra, and viruses that attack the liver to insure the lasting of the pill. There's also some other things, but you wouldn't understand them." Kabuto replies, smiling with clear satisfaction that shows he's happy with the pills results. "We're mass-producing them right now. The pill kills you at the end of the week, and only our medics have the techniques to stop the disease."
"Anyways, I think it's time to start training." Kabuto ends. He forces you up, as you are a bit unsteady, and helps you to a new training center. It seems like you're above ground, as light shines through the windows and green vegetation can be seen outside. The walls are made of a gray stone and you see some blood stains on a far wall.
'Lord Orochimaru had a little.......test" Kabuto explains as he sees you looking at the blood, "He's trying out several new snakes on unfortunate volunteers."
"I'm too valuable for that, right?" you ask, a bit shaken up from everything.
"Maybe, if you behave and all." Kabuto says, "Now, let's train!"
For the next five months of training under only Kabuto, you've learned his version of the basics. You can control your chakra more efficiently, can run up trees and run on water, can break out of a genjutsu with Kai, can use Kunai and Senbon and Shuriken, can fight proficiently, Body Flicker, use Substitution, and can make a simple clone. You've also enhanced your beam. You can shoot up to three beams per second traveling at the speed of a bullet. When you infuse your fire chakra into them, they leave burns. You've also managed to:
(Choose one)
A: Bomb Clone: A clone that when hit causes an explosion to occur.
B: Speed Clone: A clone that when hit causes the object that hit it to move 1/4 times slower.
C: Ki Guard: By concentrating a lot of Ki in one place, an area the size of your head, that place will be able to minimize most of the damage that occurs on it. D: Ki Bomb: By combining you Ki and your Fire Chakra you send a Ki/Chakra blast filled with fire that explodes on command. E: Ki Slow: You spread your aura into a sphere with you in the center and a diameter of 18 feet. Anything that enters this aura gets slowed down by a 1/4 OR gets aged by how much you want. Can only affect the things your other two jutsus can affect.

You learn how to use a Bomb Clone! During the training period, you found out that you're in some country that Orochimaru supposedly owns. He has bases scattered across not only the country, but the continent too. The Konoha ninjas aren't attacking because 1: They don't want to start a war and 2: They lost track of Orochimaru when he started going from base to base. Also, Orochimaru joined a group called the Akatsuki. It only lasted a couple of months. He came back with a bleeding stub for a left hand and yelled at Kabuto to hurry and come with him. You tried to find out what they were doing, but they seemed to be in a hidden room as you couldn't find them. Kabuto only told you that Itachi Uchiha cut Orochimaru's hand off. Nothing else.
You then went under stamina training. This was achieved by Kabuto making you slow down or age to dust shurikens and kunais that were sent rapidly at you from every direction. After all of your chakra was depleted, he made you run a mile while dodging his attacks. The first month was hell. You got scratched up way too many times. In fact, you had to stop and get inspected because one of the shurikens almost scratched your jugular vein. In the end, it wasn't ruptured so Kabuto made you continue. By the second month, you started to get the hang of it. You only got scratched once or twice, and you managed to dodge half of Kabuto's attacks on the mile. Not only did your stamina get better, but your reflexes increased greatly.
Once your training was all finished, you headed to the training room to wait and see what Kabuto had in store for you. He came walking in with a man in a black suit. You froze, as it was the same man who awakened your powers. Flashes of the screams of pain rush back to you, but you fight them down. Kabuto smiles at your struggle, and says, "I don't think you've officially met with this person. Akiko, meet Obito Uchiha. Obito, Akiko."
Obito was still in his black suit that completely covered him. It seemed that he had clothes underneath the suit, which was strange. He then spoke with a voice befitting a young man if it wasn't so hoarse and scratchy, "I'm glad that we can talk, seeing as how you're going to work for me soon. I want you to hear my story, so that you can understand me better. I used to be a Chuunin in Konoha, around age 11 if I remember correctly. I was fighting in the 3rd Ninja War for Konoha. Unfortunately, I died in a cave-in. I then made the medic on our team to give my good remaining Sharingan to the other teammate. Then I died. That wasn't the end though."
"It was like I was in a dream. Everything was blurry and I could only look in one direction. For some reason I was stuck to the spot I was standing in. Then some figure came and told me that he was my Link and that this was not how my story ended. He said he would give me life and what I did with that life didn't matter to him. All that mattered was that I Awakened as many people as I could. I then woke up in the same cave, except the rocks were gone. I traveled a lot, finding that my powers were increased ten-fold. I started looking for allies to help me with the Awakening and for a purpose to my second life. I admit I procrastinated in Awakening people. But I'm glad that I did. I witnessed the horrors of the 3rd Ninja War and the tragedy that is the Uchiha Massacre. I vowed from then on that I would stop all of those abominations of man. I came up with a theory on how humans can live in paradise without war and hunger and everything evil."
"Humankind can't live separated. They have to live under one ruler. They have to act as one person. I basically had to restart human history and begin a new, perfect one as their teacher. Otherwise, war, famine, greed, every indececeny breaks out. The five Kages ruin the world because they are five differently thinking people govern land. Since the only person you can truly trust is yourself, they will fight amongst each other. To remedy this. I'll-"
"I think that's enough for now." Kabuto interrupts. You're bewildered. Too many thoughts are going through your head. Who is his Link, is he actually bad or is he good, what is he going to do to "remedy" the situation, etc.? Kabuto then says, "Right now, you're to weak to do anything with the information he will give you. I think another year of training will suffice. But now Obito will be training you, since I can't babysit you all the time. See you in a year." he ends, walking away.
"Well, I did get a bit carried away there. You do seem weak. Weak people don't have a say in this world. That's why everyone must be created equal. But back to the matter at hand. We're going to have a good year ahead of us. What do you want to train in?"
(The rules of training can be found below this post. You are an Adept in your Kekkai Genkai and the Basics. You can't learn anything more in the Basics, but you can now learn a technique according to the chart for your Kekkai Genkai. The technique will be a mastered technique on the same rank as the chart dictates. You can also upgrade your existing techinques, both of which are at Rank D. So to get one of them to Rank C, train for how long it says on the chart.)
Remember to choose how long you train in the technique.
A: Ninjutsu
B: Taijutsu
C: Genjutsu
D: Kekkai Genkai
E: Strength
F: Stamina
G: Speed
H: Intelligence
I: Hand Seals
J: Fuinjutsu
K: Free Will

I'm deciding to be nice and post the chart of training here. I changed it a bit so only pay attention to this chart and not the one on page 2.
And just a reminder, one month would do barely anything to help your understanding and training in a subject. I would suggest around 4-7 months for each area, maybe more, maybe less. That would give you a clear understanding in it, and 1-2 techniques in it.
Once you have trained in an area for 5 months, that makes you an adept in it. If you are an Adept in it, then the only thing you get from training in that area is techniques. The list will only apply to you if your are an Adept in an area.
E Rank techniques take 1/4 of a month to master.
D Rank techniques take 1/2 a month.
C Rank techniques take 3/4 a month.
B Rank techniques take a month.
A Rank techniques take 2 months.
S Rank techniques take 4 months.
Those don't matter for the area of Basics and Strength, Speed, Stamina, Intelligence, and Hand Seals. For those, training in them once you're an Adept ups your level of them.

Is improving a technique cumulative in time? Like if we improve out rank E tech to rank C, would have take 3/4 a month or a 1 and 1/4 a month?

Yeah, it is cumulative. Sorry for not explaining. So in your example, it would take 1 and 1/4 month.

Sry, forgot to ask, does hand seals in your system mean only the speed at which you make hand seals or is it chakra control like in pyro's system?
We can learn any of the technique choices we've seen before for our kekkai genkai?

Thanks dragon. Do we have official stats yet?
Voting (might change after seeing stats):

I've made a Database that includes Akiko and will include Sera soonish. Also, the two Kekkai jutsus you know are actually C-Rank instead of D-Rank. And to Ice, yes, you can learn any technique you've seen before. You can even suggest a technique and its rank if it is reasonable. And the handseal stat is both forming handseals faster and using less chakra for jutsus. Here are the ranks of the other Kekkai jutsus I showed: Speed Demon: Rank B Speed Clone: Rank C Slow Down: Rank B

What happens if we increase jutsu ranks? Like if we get Speed Clone to S rank or slow down to s-rank.
Also can speed clones improve our training? Can bomb clones? Can we learn shadow clones(B-rank) or Mass Shadow clone(at least 50, A-rank)? If so, then I want to learn Mass shadow clone jutsu for 2 months, then use the clones to master all of our kekkai genkai to S -rank and learn all the ones we don't know since we have 500 months of training with mass shadow clones.
I'd also want to work on everything else evenly with our 500 months of training
and speed for 7 months and stamina for 2 months for our physical body.

When you increase a jutsu's rank, the jutsu gets stronger. It's like upgrading the jutsu. The S Rank is supposed to be the perfect version of that jutsu. About your clone theory, it only works with shadow clones. That's why they're so special. And the problem is that shadow clones require the user to split his chakra among all of them. This requires someone to have a large chakra pool and/or strong stamina. Akiko can't handle that. Also, only Naruto and somehow Kakashi now Mass Shadow Clone jutsu, because it's a forbidden technique. So how is Akiko going to learn it?

I'd assume Orochimaru knows it, we know Itachi knows regular Shadow clone and that it's not a forbidden jutsu, just a B-rank, jounin one, and Mass Shadow clone is just that x 50 or w/e. Also how long would we have to work on stamina to get to that level?
Also can you give me an example of an S-rank speed clone or slow down, like what'll be different about it and how it will improve, etc. Any jutsu really, just want to know exactly how good S-rank makes it.

Pretty sure Kakashi faked the mass shadow clone. They were just normal clones, but he said they were shadow clones for intimidation.

To our Guest, Naruto has a 4 in his stamina stat from his databook entry. That was when he used the Mass Shadow Clone technique. So not only do you have to have a 4 in stamina to safely use the Mass version, but you also need to know how to use it. The only way to learn the Mass version was by a secret scroll that was shown in the first episodes. That scroll is probably under the best security the Hokage can afford. It's location could even be anywhere. So if you wanted to do a normal Shadow Clone jutsu, and just do it a lot of times, I would say that you would need at least a 4 in stamina to create 50 clones, and then you would still be extremely fatigued after the training was down. I don't want to spoil how powerful Akiko can become by telling you the S Rank versions of your existing jutsus, so I'll do a different example. Ex. Great Fireball Jutsu is C-Rank. Upgraded to S-Rank, it would probably be an attack that sends five fire phoenixes the size of a great fireball at the opponent. They track the opponent down, and can even breathe fire. When they reach the target, they engulf him in their flames and then explode in an explosion five times a paper bomb's explosion.

Okay, thanks for the S-rank explanation.
So, a few questions on the whole 4 in stamina thing:
1. Naruto had a 4, but he made 1000s of clones, IMO 3 should be enough to make 50, after all, as far as I know Kakashi has a 3 in stamina, and in Shippuden, he said Naruto only had 3 times more chakra than him when he didn't have the Kyuubi under control. That Naruto made 3000 clones easily, so Kakashi should be able to make 1000, logically, or at least the 50 I'm asking for.
2. You said we can learn the shadow clone B-rank technique, so could we do that in 1 month or would it be 2 and 1/2 months.
3. Either way can we do this, make as many shadow clones as you deem possible with 3 in stamina, and do extreme training in every non physical stat, while we ourselves use the 9 and 1/2 months to work 6 months on speed and the rest on stamina?

For 1. Naruto had the Kyuubi's chakra supply to help him. This made it easier to make shadow clones, as he didn't have to use his own natural chakra supply by himself. So I stand by my opinion that you can do 50 shadow clones with a stamina stat of 4. For 2. You first have to be an Adept in Ninjutsu. Then you learn the Shadow Clone, seeing how it is in the Ninjutsu category. So that's around five months. For 3. The kid is 11. He's going to naturally have a hard time doing this kind of training. He could probably manage three clones one day, rest the other day, and then repeat. Plus, the only person who could teach him Shadow Clone jutsu (because he's the only one who knows it) is Orochimaru. He's holing himself up and doing research to make HIMSELF stronger and will not be interrupted just to make someone other than himself stronger. So I don't really see this plan happening. Sorry.

Okay 2 things:
1. Is this training thing cumulative? If we get 5 months here, will we always be able to learn a new ninjutsu from now on? If so then I want 5 months ninjutsu, 7 months speed
2. if not, then I just want 7 months speed, 5 months stamina

Yes, it is cumulative. Once you are an Adept, you stay as an Adept in that category forever.

okay then for future training, 5 months ninjutsu, 7 months speed.
