I thought we were gonna do these at the RP boards. We could even do it at the anime/manga social board. It would make sense to put it on gamefaqs, to increase there popularity. I really doubt the cyoas would be as popular here as they would on gamefaqs.

Getting new voters to join only really matters to the newer CYOAs..... most of the older CYOAs already have a regular fanbase (that moved here already) that follows them and regularly contribue to them so I'm sure the writers don't really mind.

Well, it's not meant to be a database, it's meant to be a place to continue them. I started making it after I found out that CYOA's had gotten outlawed and when I mentioned it everyone seemed eager to move here. If they survive here, that's fantastic. If we get a chance to move back to GameFAQs, even better.

But why not just put it on the legal boards on gamefaqs? Either the RP boards, or the social anime/manga board. I don't see the down side in doing that.

There's a lot more freedom on a proboards board, including an infinite lasting edit button.
I have a board I can fish members from as well, so we won't be running that dry.

Posting them here gives us better control of everything at the least we can run them on gamefaqs and use this site as the back up, so if a topic gets deleted it's all saved here.

Unfortunately, I don't have anyone I know that likes anime, hehehehe....
But if you guys know people that would enjoy something like this, funnel them in here.
Going with this site or Gamefaqs has it's pros and cons.
But the nice things here are really really nice.
We control who can post, what they can say, and in the end, no one is a douche. No more trolling guys. That counts for something.
Besides, I can't be the only one that got fed up with people screwing with the topics and trolling on purpose. And it wasn't even Kis only either.
Look at the board now, everyone is STILL trolling us, and we've moved. I'm glad to get away from that.

Well, if we do decide to go back to gamefaqs, i happen to know that quite a few of the "secret" boards such as Angela, RND and eggbeater are virtually dead, having only a couple of topics each.
