Isn't making a quake to knock someone off-balance a support jutsu?

I do love mastering a few jutsus.
D - Master that quicksand move we used against Samui.

Support jutsu would fall under things that hinder the enemy so your allies can assist them. So a quake to knock someone off balance would be support, yes, as would the "quicksand move." The quicksand move was just a basic manipulation of the earth and not something Doukaku can use in a wide area. Gaining a move like that would fall under C.
Basically, D will enhance the effects of your preexisting ninjutsu and make them stronger.

Well now C is winning, but I started writing the update before Vegeta changed his vote. So... too bad? <_<
Don't worry, all of those options had equally delicious outcomes, and this won't be your only chance to get them.

"Can you teach me ways to make my current jutsu stronger? I'm not sure if I can learn an entirely new jutsu and use it well enough in the short time we have to train," you say.
"Well, show me what you do know, and we'll see what we can do," Odou said.
In the few hours that passed, Odou honed and improved the ninjutsu you already knew by giving you tips about chakra control and how a shinobi that controls his chakra controls the power and versatility of his jutsu. You performed all of your ninjutsu for him, and he replicated them and showed you ways on how to improve them.
For your earth fist jutsu, Odou taught you how to cover both hands in earth instead of just one. It wasn't a major, improvement, but at least it was something. He said that as your skill in chakra control improves, you could increase the size of the earth around your fist, alter its shape when you wished, and could eventually form earthen armor.
There wasn't much he could do about your headhunter and hidden mole jutsus, since those two jutsu had little room for improvement, since that was the way they were designed. Your biggest improvements came from your two other jutsu.
With your earth shaking palm, you were able to create two variant techniques: earth rupturing palm and earthquake palm. They simply took the two effects of the jutsu and greatly improved upon one while neglecting the other. Earth rupturing palm had the same effect as smashing the ground with your hammer, except all of the rubble created would now be shooting towards the enemy. Earthquake palm, on the other hand, caused barely any damage to the ground but created a powerful shockwave that could easily knock people down, as shown when you used it on Odou.
You only learned one variation of earth shore return, but Odou also showed you how to greatly improve the technique. He taught you how to alter the size and shape of the wall formed, but warned you that making the wall taller and more spacious requires more chakra to be used up. The variation was called earth shore rebound. This earthen wall is not made to defend, but to reflect. It requires less chakra to make, but chakra must be poured into it as something impacts it to deflect it back at the attacker. Stronger techniques required greater amounts of chakra.
"Well, the sun's low in the sky," Odou said at the end of your training, "you should get going. Hopefully those new jutsu will work well for you."
"Yeah... I think they will. Thanks," you said with a smile as you prepared to leave.
"Whoa, hold on! I pushed you during that training session, and you can't go on a mission without any chakra. Here, take this."
You turned around and saw him toss a small black circular object towards you. You caught it and looked at it with confusion.
"It's a soldier pill. Take that, and your chakra will be revitalized," Odou said.
"Oh, cool! Thanks for that, but I don't think I'll need it right away," you said as you pocketed the pill, "Thanks for everything!" you added as you waved goodbye to Odou and ran towards the exit of your village. At the exit stood your mom and dad, causing you to stop.
"Be careful, son," your mom said calmly.
"Don't worry about me... I'll be fine," you say with confidence. You mother walked over to hug you, and you returned the embrace.
"We love you, son, and we're very proud of you," your father says with a beaming smile.
"I love you, too. Wish me luck!" you exclaim as you wave goodbye to your parents and run off towards the frequent meeting spot where your team assembles. After a few minutes, you arrive at the area, and you see the rest of your team already there.
"You're late," Samui said coldly. She seemed to be back to her normal calm-yet-bitchy self.
"Sorry," you said as you caught your breath.
"Well, now that we're all here, the mission details are yours to hear!" Killer Bee said. You found it rather lame that he was now resorting to "rhyming" with homophones, but you kept quiet in fear of him yelling at you like he did the last time you critiqued him.
And then he passed the documents holding the details of the mission over to Samui. Why did he insist on rhyming if he tried to find ways to keep from talking? Again, you kept your mouth shut so that your bones would remain unbroken.
Even though Bee was acting very strange like usual, Samui paid him no mind. Without question, hesitation, or even a funny look towards Bee, she took the documents and began to read them.
"Bee told you yesterday that there are a group of bandits terrorizing the countryside led by a powerful rogue shinobi, correct? Well, we have information on where their hideout is located-- it's just a few miles from here. It seems there a few other rogue ninja in the group, but the majority consists of bandits," Samui explained.
"That's why we're moving with the approaching night. We'll strike 'em at dark when the time is right!" Killer Bee exclaimed.
"The leader of this mission is..." she began, but her eyes grew wide as she read the name of the leader. She look at Bee with shock, "But... this can't be right!"
"It is," Bee said sternly, "and there's no denyin' it. This village he recently quit. It's been kept on the low to not disrupt the village's flow."
Samui nodded and continued reading the document. She looked up at you and Omoi, "Our target is Daiki Mohara."
"What!? That... that's crazy!" Omoi exclaimed.
"Uh... who's Daiki?" you asked, not really knowing any famous shinobi in the Cloud that you weren't taught about in the academy.
"He's a powerful jonin that has been by our side... until now, it seems," Samui explained in a troubled tone, "He is the first person in history to inherit the Yotsuki clan's rare kekkei genkai, the Storm Release, despite not being from the clan himself. The Storm Release is a deadly fusion of water and lightning, currently only known by him and Darui Yotsuki, another jonin of our village."
"We've been ordered to take these bandits out, but with such a strong leader we're losin' some drive. At least we have the option of taking him in alive."
"Why would such a famous jonin defect and then start pillaging villages with bandits? None of this makes any sense," you said with suspicion.
"I know... it seems unbelievable, but there are several eye witness reports that confirm that Daiki is leading these attacks..."
"Let's go, team," Killer Bee announced, "we gotta make our move while those guys dream."
The four of you the departed and began moving towards the location specified in the mission report. Most of the journey was silent, save for a few questions being asked about the mission. There were about twenty bandits in Daiki's group, and three other rogue shinobi besides him. You were ordered to kill the bandits and try to take the rogue ninja in alive, if possible. Daiki was to be captured alive and brought back to the village for a public execution to set an example for the other Kumo ninja. The mission was B-Rank (although Samui thought it should have been classified as A-Rank). It was a bit daunting having your first mission be B-Rank, but you had two jonin on your team instead of just one.
The journey took you to the top of a large wooded plateau. As you entered the forest, the team moved more quietly as Samui and Bee kept on the lookout for signs of danger. Eventually, you reached a part of the forest that opened up into a wide clearing. The dim glow of a distant campfire was visible.
"Okay, it seems we're safe here," Samui whispered, "we're at a disadvantage here, since that campfire seems to be in the middle of this clearing. If we walk out there and someone is keeping watch, then we're going to be spotted long before we reach their hideout... but it's not like we have a choice."
You thought about the situation, and realized that you could...
A. Disguise yourselves with the transformation jutsu into the likeness of bandits.
B. Move around the perimeter of the forest to get closer to their hideout before striking.
C. Cause a distraction with the rumbling of one of your earth jutsus, and then striking from a different direction.
D. Not really do much... Samui's right. We don't have much of a choice except to walk out into the clearing and charge forth.

I get the feeling Daiki wants to capture any jounin team coming after him, especially Killer Bee. Daiki could take us captive and demand he surrenders.
B. Too suspicious to blaze in.

"Couldn't we move around the perimeter of the forest to get as close as we can before attacking?" you suggest.
"Fool, Samui just said that fire's in the middle of the clearing! Such a silly comment leaves me sneering!" Killer Bee said in a chastising tone as his face remained as stoic as it usually was. Now he wasn't even making his rhymes anywhere near accurate.
"Actually... Doukaku may have a point," Samui said, "I doubt their hideout is exactly in the center of the clearing. It's certainly worth giving it a shot... we're not very close to their hideout in this location."
"Okay, we'll split in twos," Killer Bee said, "You crackas shall to the left transfuse, and us brothas will to the right cruise. We'll reunite at the other end... hopefully not bruised."
"You heard him; let's go," Samui said without any reaction towards Bee's ridiculous rhymes. You had a feeling that she had been his student for quite some time to not be effected at all by them... or that could have always been her reaction, seeing as how she is Samui, after all.
After a few minutes of moving around the forest and peeking out into the clearing, you reached the other end. Your scouting revealed that the camp was not near the center of the clearing, as the distant glow of the campfire seemed to get farther away as you moved around the circle of foliage. That meant that...
"Hey, we got an okay view of their camp over here," you heard Omoi call out in a hushed voice. The two of you walked over and reunited with Bee and Omoi as you followed them to the area Omoi mentioned. You looked out into the clearing, and could see their camp in the distance.
It wasn't very sophisticated, that was for sure. The camp just seemed to be several tents surrounding a sizable bonfire for heat. That was about it. Closer observation revealed a few people patrolling around the tents. So they were expecting company...
"Get ready... we gotta strike fast," Bee said as he unsheathed two of his swords. Samui and Omoi withdrew their weapons from their holsters, and you summoned your hammer from its scroll. You could feel your heart pounding in your chest as beads of sweat rolled down your forehead. You realized that you would probably have to kill someone very soon. You had never done it before... none of the new genin had. The academy prepares you for killing enemies, but hopefully you could remain cold as you struck enemies down...
"Alright, team..." Bee said as he raised up a hand with three fingers extended. He began to count down with his fingers, "3, 2, 1, let's jam!"
As soon as that was said, Bee charged out into the clearing. You followed him, along with the rest of your team. The distance between the forest and their camp seemed like it took forever to cover, but it only took a few seconds. As you feared, the charge caused your team to be spotted by the watchmen, but Bee managed to reach them and cut them down before they could alert the others. He beckoned the three of you over to his side by waving his arm.
"Okay," he whispered when you were all together, "we got real lucky there. You know our mission, right? We kill everyone except the Cloud ninja, and eyewitnesses say they're still wearing their headbands. Kids, you better be prepared to kill, because we're taking lives that don't even know they'll die."
You and Omoi nodded.
"Good, okay, let's move!"
As soon as he said that a bright light was shone on the four of you. You turned around and gasped as you saw the silhouettes of several men standing a few yards from your team, with weapons drawn. You saw that the light was coming from a bright ball of electricity in one of the man's hands. The lightning faded, and the glow of the nearby fire showed several tough-looking men armed with weapons. In front of them was the man that used th bright lightning jutsu.
Out of all of the men, he looked the meanest of them all. He was wearing a dark outfit that matched the color of his forehead protector, which had several deep gashes over the symbol of the Cloud. It was worn like a bandanna, and it covered the top of his head. Long, shaggy blonde hair poked out from underneath it. His face had a few scars on it, the most prominent one a bright white line that extended from his right nostril down to his chin. He was grinning, showing off his sharp pointed teeth, and his eyes were thin and narrow, with two tiny yellow pupils staring at you.
"Looks like the mice took the bait," he said calmly. He then pointed at you and yelled, "ATTACK!"
The bandits roared and charged towards the four of you. You all instinctively split up, and the bandits broke apart to pursue the four of you. You looked over your shoulder as you ran and saw three bandits pursuing you. This wasn't good... but you couldn't keep running!
You stopped and turned around, gripping your hammer tightly as the bandits approached. Two of them were wielding basic katanas, while the largest of the three was wielding a very large club.
"You're gonna regret tryin' to kill us, kiddo," the largest bandit spoke in a gruff baritone, "we're gonna knock you dead... you and your pals!"
"I doubt that!" you exclaim with determination as you...
A. Move in and simply attack with your maul.
B. Charge forward with your Hammerhead Charge, aiming it at the largest bandit.
C. Leap towards them and smash the ground with your Earth-Shattering Blow.
D. These guys seem dumb... use your Disorientation genjutsu on them before attacking.

You form a seal, knowing full well that these bandits would have no genjutsu defenses since they weren't trained in the ninja arts. You use your Disorientation jutsu, and stupefied expressions flashed across their faces, giving you your chance to strike.
You dash forward, having no time to waste while the genjutsu still had its hold on them. You decked the first bandit across the head, sending him flying. You then slammed the hammer into the side of the larger bandit, causing him to crash into the remaining bandit. You had no idea if you killed any of them, but they seemed to be down for now. But that wasn't important... the others may need your help!
You frantically looked around the battlefield and saw Bee and Samui holding up well. Omoi seemed to be struggling against a few bandits, and that blonde guy was nowhere to be seen. You ran towards Omoi and knocked away one of the bandits that he had locked blade with. Freed from the struggle, he was able to turn around and cut into a bandit that was about to slash him.
"Thanks," Omoi said with a smile, "Are Bee and Samui okay?"
You looked over to see Bee and Samui standing next to several downed bandits, and they appeared relatively unscathed. The two of you ran towards your teachers.
"Where's that blonde dude?" Omoi asked.
"Wow, that was pathetic. I honestly expected better from those thugs," the blonde man's voice said. You looked around and could not see where he was, but he suddenly appeared in front of your team with a cocky grin on his face.
"Really, I expected Daiki to hire more people like me. Not these useless cretins," he said as he spat on the body of a nearby bandit.
"Don't... don't fucking do that... to my brother's body!" A bandit shouted weakly as he stood himself up and limped over to the blonde man.
"Silence, trash," the man said as lightning coated his hand. He clasped the bandit's face, causing him to howl in agony as his body spasmed from the visible electricity coursing through his body. The man released the bandit, causing his smoking corpse to fall down. The man shook his head at the corpse before looking at his four adversaries.
"Well now... never got a good look at you four," he said with the arrogant smile, "I'm quite pleased that they sent Samui and the great Killer Bee after me. Makes a man feel proud."
"Quiet!" Samui ordered harshly, "We have questions for you, Dotai."
"You know his name?" you asked Samui.
"What?" Dotai asked as he tilted his head, "This kid honestly doesn't know who I am? I am one of the most reviled criminals of the Cloud! I was working my way up to a hundred murders, but they managed to get me at ninety-five... that bandit was ninety-six... looks like your group's the lucky four. I was going to waste those murders on useless people until Daiki recruited me."
"How did you bust outta jail? Did Daiki help ya bail?" Bee asked.
"Tch, no. I waited until the time was right. I don't need assistance to get free."
"What do you mean Daiki hired you and these bandits?" Samui asked.
"I've grown bored of talking. This camp was supposed to be a trap, and I'm not failing Daiki. It would look bad if the Bloody Storm couldn't fulfill the mission he was hired for..." Dotai said as the bright lightning formed around both of his hands. He flashed a mad grin as he thrust his arms forward, causing bolts of lightning to shoot out towards you and your partners. You all dodged the blow by splitting apart.
"GOTCHA!" Dotai shouted with enthusiasm as he quickly formed several seals. You saw a domes of electricity rise up and cover Samui and Bee. Dotai then turned to look at you and Omoi, "I'm afraid they're not breaking out of my Lightning Prison anytime soon..."
"Just hold on! Give me a few minutes, and I can break out of this thing!" Samui cried out in a worried tone, "Please be careful!"
Bee said nothing as he watched the situation unfold with a concerned look on his face. Both you and Omoi had anxious expressions on your face as you look at the insane grin plastered on Dotai's face.
"Just a few minutes, eh? More than enough time to kill some lousy genin," Dotai said as electricity once again formed around his fists. Before you could react, he had charged towards Omoi, who had raised his sword up to block Dotai's lightning fists. Thankfully, Omoi had managed to create a lightning chakra flow in that short amount of time to prevent from being electrocuted like the bandit was.
You thrust your hammer at Dotai in the brief window that he was distracted, but he leaped back before your weapon struck him.
"This is real bad, Doukaku..." Omoi said, "What should we do?"
You felt sweat trickle down your forehead. You were wondering that yourself...
A. Try your genjutsu on him and have both of you close in with taijutsu while he is distracted.
B. Mirror his lightning fists by using Doton: Earth Fist.
C. Distract him by messing up the battlefield while Omoi moves around looking for a chance to strike.
D. Use your Earthquake Palm to knock him down and have Omoi follow up with a finishing blow.

Updated the databook with teasers for the other two genin teams and the villains of this arc.
Also, the training gloves are off now. There are choices that will lead to your death or lead to a situation where living will prove to be difficult. Tread carefully...

A - Won't work. B - For some reason, I think it will work, especially after we upgraded our current ninjustu with the previous training. In addition, rocks are generally not very conductive, and the appendages seem to be where electricity damages most often in electrocutions. C - Samui said we couldn't rely on these kinds of attacks in our sparring against Bee and her. I also seem to think that this whole mission is a set up to test Omoi and Doukaku. D - Seems too simplistic in thought.
