I would like to see if we could move the inactive CYOA threads to a separate archived thread, if that makes sense. So... if the CYOA hasn't been updated within the past 14 days, archive it, and send it to an archive thread. When the author/moderator chooses to update again (or simply post), it moves back out to the main page.
Pros: Allocates more space for active threads/CYOAs. Easier to scroll for cell phone and laptop users.
Cons: "Inequal Representation" (Source: Forte) Predestination - "Relegating a series to a fate before it gets somewhere" (Source: Forte)
Please list more "pros" or "cons" as you see fit.
Also, the poll locks in 14 days.

Wait, I don't understand the cons. What fate? It's a temporary change because your ass(not directed at someone specific) couldn't update (or even so much as post) in 14 days, and it's still available for reading, it's just in the "I haven't updated or even so much as posted in my cyoa for 14 days" folder.
Went on vacation for a few weeks? Hospital visit? Just post and it's back. Seems fine to me.

I've been considering this for a while. If it is decided to separate the active from the inactive, would you prefer the inactive ones to be placed in a separate board category or posted in a separate board all lumped together (similar to the board for new CYOA)?

Yeah, similar to the board for new CYOAs. You can call it the Geriatric Home of CYOAs.

I myself don't see a problem with the plan.

Sorry Forte, I didn't intend to make you look bad by using you as the source. I just felt like because the cons weren't my own ideas, that I shouldn't take ownership over them.
