It's been five months since the start of what has become known as the Second Great Shinobi World War. Living in Amegakure has not been fun to say the least. You lost your brother and both of your parents to the war. Luckily for you, you managed to find a friend in both Yahiko and Konan. A little under a week ago, you guys stumbled into a kid by the name of Nagato...
"That dog is so lame, Nagato." You whine, "And it eats too damn much, you need to get rid of it!"
"The dog is fine, Daisuke!" Konan cries as she munches on some bread, "I think that he's kind of cute." You grunt and cross your arms.
"You're the youngest anyway, Daisuke, you don't get a say in the matter." Yahiko punches your shoulder and laughs.
You rub your arm... "That hurt!" You whine again. You look at Nagato who remains quiet during the whole debate on whether or not his dog should be kept or abandoned. You smile for a moment... the guy is weird and you don't know how to take him. You reach him a piece of your bread, "I don't have to eat. I know that you gave your piece to Chibi; you can have mine."
He looks up at you with his large eyes and asks, "Are you sure?"
*Character Development*
A. "Psyche! Just kidding." (+5 evil)
B. "Yes. Go for it." (+5 good)
C. "Only if you want." (+0)
"Yeah go for it." You answer as you nudge it just a bit further.
"Thank you, Daisuke." He smiles as he reaches for it.
Just before he manages to get a hand on it you quickly pull it back towards you and lodge it into your mouth as deep as it can go and mumble out "Psyche!!!! woss kiddinn." You laugh and spew some crumbs in his face.
"Wahhh~~~!!!" He cries.
"Look at what you did!" Yahiko yells. "Now we're going to have to relocate before any of the Konoha soldiers finds us!" He's pissed... it's a rare sight, but you managed to pull it off again. You laugh inside and glance over at Konan who appears to be shaking her head in disappointment.
"I know a place where we can go." You whisper.
"How do you know anything?" Konan asks, "You're a five year old problem child, you probably don't even know how to get back to your old house."
You frown and grunt, "Well I was just offering!" You shout back.
Yahiko speaks up again to cut down the bickering, "Don't worry, Nagato and I found an abandoned shack today when you two went to get food, we can hide in there for the time being until we find another place to go."
The rest of the group nods in agreement.
******
The rest of the week went similar to the events listed above. Scavenging for food, robbing markets, hiding from Konoha shinobi and vagabonds, trying to stay alive and trying to stay healthy.
A few days later, while in the city, Hanzou and his army makes his way through the town while you and your posse were looking around the large market. "The headgear they wear looks so cool." You say to the others.
"Hanzou and his men are a bunch of fools." Yahiko says loudly. Even though he spoke big, he didn't act on it. He turns and makes a run down the street trying to get into a better position.
The other two scurry along behind him, you follow suit. You whisper to Konan, "What are we doing?"
"He's going to try robbing one of the ninja in the march."
You say, "That's dumb. They'll kill him."
"Yahiko is fast, he's just going to take the ninja pouch from one of their sides. No big deal."
"I'll go with him to distract them." Nagato says in his typical low tone.
*Personality*
A. "I'll go too!" (Brash)
B. "I'm just going to sit and watch!" (Cautious)
C. "I'll go if Konan goes." *But don't go* (Mischievous)
"Fine." You start, "I'll go to, but only of Konan goes. I am the youngest, remember, Konan?" She glares at you and then nods. You think to yourself, "*****." Only a few short seconds later pass before Hanzou's group passes by. Hanzou is sitting high on his salamander, Hitokage. The rest of the group follows behind him. You notice Yahiko begin to make his move. You glance back towards the group... they aren't even paying attention.
Before you realize it, Yahiko makes a quick dash across the street. A couple of the shinobi turn their attention to him. Before they can react to him, Nagato makes his way into the street and waves toward Hanzou. Hanzou points to him, making some of the other shinobi turn their attention to him. With that going on, Konan makes a dash across the street and dives towards one of the shinobi with their attention set on Yahiko.
You continue to sit and watch as the action continues. They scurry around, doing their best not to get captured and finally make a dash for it back to alley where you sit, hiding from the chaos. Eventually they make their way back one of the guards captures Konan from behind.
"She has the pouch!" You shout.
Yahiko turns around and throws a rock at him. "HEY!" The shinobi shouts. She slings the bag over her head and hits him over the shoulder, causing him to drop her to the ground. Yahiko runs and scoops her off the ground as Nagato pushes him over to the ground.
"Run!" Yahiko orders. Nagato and Konan make a dash for it towards you, leaving Yahiko in the mix. "We can't leave him!" Konan shouts.
A. Tell her that you can and take the bag (+10 evil)
B. Tell her and Nagato to go back (+0)
C. Make a run back and rescue Yahiko (+5 good)
"You're right." You start, "I'll take the bag, I'm faster than you are." She quickly hands the bag over to you and turns around. At that moment you tuck the bag into your arms and make a dash for it while yelling, "See ya guys back at the shack."
***
It doesn't take you too long to make your way back to the shack and pour the contents of the bag out onto the floor. Some rations, water, kunai, shuriken, and wire is all there is. "Bleh... no monies." You grab the kunai and pretend to have a kunai fight with an invisible person for a little bit, but quickly grow bored with it. "I wonder if they made it out alright?" You ask yourself. You look back at the rations, wanting to take a couple of bites of the peanuts inside, but decide to hold out until they get there. You'd hate for them to kick you out for being too mean.
A good twenty minutes later the entire group makes their way into the shack in a hurry and Yahiko shouts, "We're going to have to get out of here, Daisuke. You screwed us over by not helping us!"
You throw a phony smile in his direction and whisper, "You're mad again."
Konan yells, "Damn right! You left us there to rot!"
You bow your head and pivot around a few times, "Forget about it. He's young." Nagato says. You're surprised he's the one standing up for you. The dog barks a few times.
"They're here." Yahiko whispers, "We have no way out of here."
"We're going to have to try and fight them."
"They're actually ninjas. We just pretend. We aren't going to get away from them."
Yahiko looks around and nods, "He's right. We're going to have to set up a diversion of some sort." You look to where he's looking at... the supplies from the ninja pouch. "I managed to get a smoke ball, too!" He says with a loud smile on his face. "When they come in, I'll throw this on the ground and we make a dash for it, since Konan's a girl, we'll let her run first, then you Daisuke. You get the important task of protecting her, can you do that?" You nod.
With that, the door is kicked in and two Amegakure shinobi make their way in. Yahiko throws the smoke ballas soon as the door falls to the ground. You manage to see Konan make a dash for it, you follow suite. You make your way out of the smoke filled room only to hear Nagato shout, "Come back! Help!" You turn to see one of the shinobi with Nagato being held by the collar... You start to turn back around to continue running, but the guy did stand up for you just a second ago...
A. Chunk a rock at the guys head (+2 good)
B. **** it. Continue running away (+5 evil)
C. Give it a minute, something good is sure to happen (+0)
D. Run back and kick the guy in the junk. (+5 good)
"Eh," you think, "**** him." Konan starts to turn around to help him, but you push her forward and say, "They'll be fine, he has Yahiko with him, we need to get out of here."
She cries, "But even you said that they would die if they tried to take them head on. They're calling us for help."
"Shut up and run Konan!" You order. She grunts and continues running. You can tell that she feels bad, but you know that she knows that she would die if she went back, too. If they get out of there, good. If not, oh well, you two made it out alive. You know that you only kept her around because she is another scapegoat that you can use whenever times get rough...
You make it to a secluded cave right on the outskirts of town. The cave provides some warmth from the cold rain. Yahiko and Nagato also know that the cave is here and will probably make their way here if they make it out of that situation alive.
"We should have gone back and save them." She whines, "They would have come back for us."
"You see... the problem with your situation is that it is hypothetical." You spew you, "I would have never been in that situation. It's not in my nature. I avoid conflict, Konan."
"And that's what makes you the worse of us all." She says, "You're a wuss and Yahiko is brave. Even Nagato goes out and puts forth effort."
"And that's why they got captured. I have a brain." She remains quiet this time. She knows that she is wrong and that you are right. You smile at the small victory. "Now make a fire and cook me something. I'm hungry."
******
You wake up in the middle of the night to Yahiko's voice. "We don't have to. They'll be fine, let them sleep. I'll take watch for the night. You saved me back there I owe you one... even if it's just sleep."
"Thank you, Yahiko." Nagato says.
"How the hell did they get out of that predicament?" You think to yourself, "That's ridiculous. They would have had to kill them... I guess we'll find out in the morning." You slowly doze back off in nothing more than amazement.
******
The next morning you wake up to some fresh squirrel being cooked on four separate sticks. Konan must've gotten up before you. "Thanks for getting Konan to safety, Daisuke." Yahiko greets you when he sees you start to move, "I would've hated it if either of you got hurt." He continues, "But regardless, we will set out after we eat, we're heading back to the city."
A. Ask him how he got out of alive (+0)
B. Tell him that you weren't trying to save Konan (+2 evil)
C. Tell him that those were your intentions (+5 good, +1 chaotic)
D. Ignore him and start to eat (+0)
"Honestly," you start, "I had no intentions of saving her. You told me to follow her, so I did."
For a moment he looks confused. He then says, "She told me that you were the one that convinced her to go ahead and leave us behind."
"Did she?" You ask, "weird." You make your way off the ground and over to the fire pit. You grab a stick-o-squirrel and take a bite, "Good food." You smile and nod as you chew the food around. Konan and Nagato make their entrance and grab some food as well. The dog barks a few times and makes his way over to you, looking as if he wants a bite to eat, "Scram, mutt!"
The dog whines and moves closer to Nagato and Konan. "The coast is clear." Nagato starts, "There doesn't appear to be any Konoha or Iwa ninja this side of the city, we'll be able to make our way back to the north side of town."
"Good!" Yahiko says as he grabs a stick of food as well, "Let's go ahead and set out, I'm ready to find a new place to stay..."
******
On the trek back to Amegakure Yahiko looks over to Nagato and asks, "Do you have any dreams, Nagato?"
He stops for a second and thinks, "...Dreams?"
Yahiko clutches his fists and smiles, "Yeah... I'm not going to let it end like this." He thrusts his arm into the air and yells, "I have big dreams!" You and Nagato both look confused at this point. Konan seems to be deeply affected by this small speech of hope. "I will rule the world!" He yells loudly. His voice echoes for a moment making Nagato smile.
He asks, "Rule the world?" You snicker. Is Nagato being sarcastic?
"Yeah..." He answers as he starts to walk some more. "When I'm on top of the world, it won't be like this anymore! If I die now, I'd be letting my parent's down. When I'm on top of the world, I'll be able to do anything I want."
"Just like God." Nagato smiles... inspired.
"No!" You shout, "We're going to end up..." You stop and watch as a kunai lands into the ground near you... "Huh?"
The tag on the end lights up and explodes knocking you away from your allies. The explosion sends each of you several feet high into the air and over several more feet. You each let out a cry of pain as you land hard on the ground.
You try standing, but at the moment it hurts too bad to do so. You look down to see that your leg is bleeding badly.
"Damn it!" Yahiko shouts, "Are you all okay?!" You look over to see Nagato crawling to his dog... from here it looks dead.
"Chibi!!!" Konan cries.
You see several more explosions go off in the distance. "It's the war!" You shout... trying to be heard over all the explosions.
"We've got to get out of here!" Yahiko orders, "It's Hanzou fighting... and some Konoha ninja."
"What about Tiny!?" Nagato cries.
A. Tell him to forget about Tiny, he's dead
B. Tell them that you are more important and that you can't feel your leg.
C. Tell them to grab the dog and to help you up (+2 good)
"Someone grab the dog and someone else help me up. I can't feel my right leg." Yahiko makes a dash back towards you and lifts you over his shoulder.
"Chibi is not breathing!" Nagato whines before he begins to bawl.
"Come on!" Yahiko yells as several more explosions begin to go off. Another kunai lands on the ground not too far from your party, but the explosion doesn't produce enough force to knock Yahiko over. "Let's get out of here." Nagato and Konan closely follow you and Yahiko.
It doesn't take too long for the group to find a very suitable spot to stop. Yahiko turns around and takes a look at Chibi and then at Nagato... he shakes his head and immediately causes Nagato to cry harder than he had before.
"Ohhh.... ohhhh........" The crying goes on for a moment before Yahiko gently sets you on the ground and punches a tree.
"Damn it all!" He shouts, "Stop crying, Nagato. Your whining isn't changing anything." You look up at him. Something about Yahiko already feels different. "This time I'm serious. I will change this country!" He says forcefully, "This war, no... all wars has done nothing but bring pain to people. It has to stop." He looks back at you all, "We will be the ones to do it. All four of us. We need strength... we need to learn the way of the ninja. We need to be able to beat any opponent that way we can stop wars before they happen!"
"How are we going to learn ninjutsu?" You ask. "None of us have any special abilities or anything, we're just basic people."
"We're going to have to find someone to teach us. Or some documents. Does anyone have any ideas."
*Determines path of story*
A. Let's try finding a Konoha ninja to teach us.
B. Let's try finding an Amegakure ninja to teach us.
C. Let's try finding some scrolls or something.
D. Screw ninjutsu, let's just find some weapons.
"We could try finding some Konoha ninja to train us." Konan mentions. You look over to see Nagato tilt his head down.
You turn to Konan and say, "You idiot, Konoha ninja killed Nagato's parents. That's the worst idea."
"I could do it if that's what you guys wanted." He whispers.
"No." You shout out, "That's stupid. We are from Amegakure, we need someone from our country to teach us how to fight. Think about it. We fight for this country, show how powerful we are, and then we can become rulers or something."
"Stronger than Hanzou?" Yahiko asks... almost unsure, "Yeah!" He shouts, "We will overthrow Hanzou at some point. We use the Amegakure army to help us learn the basics and then we defect and do our own thing after that. Shouldn't be that hard, right?"
"Well it is wartime." Konan says, "It'll be hard to find someone free and willing to teach us. They'll probably throw us in uniforms and make us fight."
Yahiko begins to think and looks back at you, "Regardless, we have to get back to the city before Daisuke is unable to walk ever again. While he's getting looked at and treated we will find someone to train us."
"What about me?!" You shout, "I want to learn ninjutsu, too! It was my idea!!!"
"We haven't forgotten about you." Yahiko ensures you "you will not be left behind, Daisuke. You're our little brother."
You smile, "Well lets go." You order, "I'm ready to learn ninjutsu!!!"
****
The first few days didn't turn out so well. No one in the city could fix up your leg. Eventually, a man by the name of San took you and your friends in and patched your leg up. "You're going to have to stay off your leg for a bit," he orders, "But it should be fine. Its only infected a little bit."
"Are you a doctor?" Konan asks curiously.
"Something like that." He smiles, "I'm the chief medical ninja of the Amegakure army."
"So does that mean you know ninjutsu?" Yahiko asks.
"Of course." He answers, "I specialize in medical ninjutsu." He smiles as he heads back towards the kitchen and takes down bowls for each of you.
"We want to learn ninjutsu so that we can help people!" Konan yells.
"With ninjutsu we can change the world for the better!" Yahiko chimes in.
"Times are bad right now." He says, "And I can understand why you would want to learn ninjutsu, but you kids are still young. It's not even a guarantee any of you can learn any ninjutsu. What I can do instead is let you kids stay here for a little while until little Daisuke gets back on his feet."
The mood of the group suddenly changes. All three of your friends grow sad.
A. Beg him to teach you guys basic ninjutsu (Gains loyalty with all three members of the team)
B. Call him out on being crappy and he probably doesn't even know ninjutsu (+3 chaotic and evil)
C. Tell them to calm down, you all will find someone else to teach you. (+0)
"You're probably only saying that because you're actually pretty horrible, so I understand. You're not offending me at all." He chuckles as he continues to pour his soup.
"Name calling isn't going to help your cause." He says as he makes his way to you first with a bowl of ramen, "I'm only not training you because General Hanzou has a strict order on training non-licensed individuals. If I were caught I would be killed on the spot."
"We wouldn't get caught. We'd only learn basic stuff like how to read scrolls and how to perform seals." Yahiko says, "Anything to set us on our way."
"And if you're a medical ninja, you could teach me how to use healing techniques." Konan begs.
He remains quiet for a second as he brings the rest their bowls of food. "Guys..." You urge, "It's fine, I said -"
"Fine." He says, "I'll do it. I'll teach you the basics. But nothing more than that. I'll teach you to read and write, teach you the basic seals, and then you're going to have to be on your way."
"GREAT!" Yahiko cheers.
"We will have to start tomorrow. I'm going to leave you kids here while I go to work. I will begin teaching you first thing tomorrow."
The rest of the crew smiles, but you aren't sure how well a medical guy will be able to teach you basics... oh well... at least the noodles are good.
******
Every morning for the next few days, San comes home and teaches you how to read and write. He teaches you all for far longer than he said, and after about four months of lessons, you all have a basic grasp on how to read and write. "I'm confident that each of you will be able to take this test. It will determine which types of techniques you will be better at using and will help me decide on how to go about teaching you further."
"You're going to continue teaching us?!?" Yahiko asks excitedly, "Please tell me this is a dream!"
"You're not dreaming." He laughs, "Anyway, here..." He passes out papers to each of you, "Daisuke, if you need help, you let me know." He explains, "I know some of this will be kind of hard..."
You look down at the test and take a look at what is written beside the number 1...
"In combat situations, I would prefer to..."
A. Be out in front, fighting physically.
B. Fight at longer ranges
C. Fight at either distance depending on the situation
D. Avoid fights altogether
For number 1, you choose "A. Be out in front, fighting physically." That sounds about right with you. You believe that it's more manly to fight up, close, and personal. Anything else should be considered wussy. You'd expect someone like Konan and Nagato to choose anything but A.
You move your attention down to number 2 which asks, "If told to think of your ideal sight-seeing trip, you think of...
A. In the clouds with the wind blowing on your skin
B. Checking out a hot volcano
C. On a cool beach
D. Just here at home, enjoying the storms
E. In a dry desert with nothing but Mother Earth
You think, "Volcanoes all the way" as you choose B for the second question. You find it strange that you'd choose such a strange answer as a vacation spot, but fire was the first thing that came to mind when you read the question. You make your way to the third one which doesn't really ask anything... a simple ranking question, "Rank these attributes in terms of most to least appealing...
A. Speed, Strength, Smarts
B. Strength, Speed, Smarts
C. Speed, Smarts, Strength
D. Strength, Smarts, Speed
E. Smarts, Speed, Strength
F. Smarts, Strength, Speed
"Smarts, Speed, and Strength." You answer, "That seems about right. Everyone already seems to think that I'm smart for my age." You think to yourself as you tap the pencil a few times on your mouth. You go on to the second to last question... "Who is your favorite historic figure?"
A. Sarutobi Hiruzen (+3 Lawful, +3 Good)
B. Hanzou (+3 Chaotic, +3 Evil)
C. Oonoki (+3 Chaotic, +3 Good)
D. Kazekage (+3 Lawful, +3 Evil)
"The only name on here that's familiar is Hanzou... so I'll go with that guy." You think as you circle you the letter B. You move onward to number 5, the final question. The question reads: "A long fight would is easily won when you have...
A. More chakra than your opponent
B. More vitality than your opponent
C. When you have more techniques than your opponent
D. When you have friends to help you
E. When you are simply faster than your opponent
F. A combination of A and B
G. A combination of C and E
You feel as if you can't just choose one answer, there are a couple of things on here that you can relate to. To be on the safe side you circle both E and F... You already believe that you're a speedster, there is no reason not to believe that if you were faster than everyone you faced you'd ever lose... right?
Konan breaks the silence by saying, "Done!" and handing her paper over to San. The other two boys do the same. You place your name up top like he taught you and play follow the leader with the other kids.
"Looks good." San says as he shuffles the papers around. "I'm going to sit over here and take a look at all of these, you kids try to stay quiet okay?"
You all smile and nod your heads. "I think I did good." You whisper, "I actually understood the whole thing. I'm a genius for sure."
"I circled everything." Nagato says, "I hope I didn't mess up."
"You idiot!" Yahiko scolds him, "You're supposed to circle the first thing that comes to mind."
"Sorry..."
******
A couple of minutes later San comes back and tells your group that he will begin teaching us basic ninjutsu today before sending us on our way. "Two of you are even more special than I ever imagined." He says, "Daisuke and Nagato, your blood is richer than mine and your two friends here. You have something called bloodline limits." He explains, "If you ever felt different before, that's probably why."
"Bloodline limit?" Yahiko asks, "But what about me and Konan? We don't have anything special?"
"You two are both highly intelligent. You can do whatever your mind wants you to do. All four of you are going to be extremely powerful one day."
"Well what makes them different?" Konan asks, "Whats a bloodline limit?"
"Well, I'm not sure what Nagato's is. His chakra register was quite strange. Apparently, his family comes from a now extinct... or was... family from the now destroyed Whirlpool country. They all had very powerful chakras. He is no different. Their country was blessed with several different bloodlines... Its a surprise that his hasn't sprang up yet." He turns his attention over to you and smiles, "Daisuke on the other hand already has a bloodline limit that has sprang up, he just needs to learn to harness it. Daisuke's bloodline limit is..."
*Bloodline Set-up*
A. The ability to use liquid flame (Originated from the Water Country)
Perks: Immunity to fire damage, use of Rikiddo Enkou (Liquid Flame Element), Ability to engulf the entire body with a liquid flame (Ultimately offensive)
B. The ability to alter space-time (Originated from the Fire Country)
Perks: Create wormholes, Stop/Speed up time, Teleportation (Ultimately supplementary)
C. The ability to use Scorch Release (Originated from the Wind Country)
Perks: Ability to use Fuuton and Katon elements, Produce major amounts of heat, ability to drain the moisture from people's body (Ultimately offensive, due to the nature of the techniques, +10 evil/+5 chaotic)
D. The ability to forge metal/steel from chakra (Originated from the Rice Country)
Perks: Ability to create high density metals directly from the body, high resistance to water and earth techniques, unable to mold chakra for other elements (Highly Defensive)
"The near extinct bloodline of Scorch Release." His smile grows a bit bigger than previously, "Your katon abilities are on the level of Hanzou's... if not better. Or at least they have the potential to be." He looks back to the other kids, but you continue to think that you're the most powerful of your group... Yahiko is actually scum.
"When are we going to start training? I'm ready to learn how to fire fireballs." You interrupt.
"I'm getting to that." He answers, "A week ago, those exercises that I had you run, well the results are finished and I'm going to combine them with the tests and information that I had you finish during the week. The results will tell me how to train each of you. It will also show us which areas you are truly best at."
"Hurry, San!!" Yahiko yells, "I can't wait any longer!"
"Okay, okay." He laughs as he begins to walk back to the table.
"Guys." Nagato whispers, "Its going to happen. We're going to become powerful just like I said. I told you that it was going to happen. Nagato, you and Daisuke are going to help lead the way with your bloodlines. You both have headstarts already, but Konan and I will become just as powerful!"
"Thank you, Yahiko." Nagato says, "I will be more than willing to become your tool. Whatever you need of me, I will do it. To see you at the top of the ninja world... that is my dream."
Konan then says, "And I too will become your tool, Yahiko. If it wasn't for you we wouldn't be getting this training. I will work for your cause until I die."
All three of them turn to you waiting for you to say something significant as well...
A. Fart to lighten the mood up a bit.
B. Just stare aimlessly at them
C. Ask them what they want
D. Say "_______"
You frown and say, "Look I'm happy for you guys and I'mma let you finish, but we all know you're going to wind up my tools in the end, *****es."
Konan shouts, "Daisuke!"
"What?" You ask.
"How dare you -"
Yahiko tilts his head down and stretches his arm forward indicating for her to stop talking, "It's fine, Konan. He seems to think that he's superior to us now that he has a bloodline limit."
"I'm superior to you because I'm me and you are you." You refute, "I follow you guys around because you increase my rate of survival, not because -"
"Daisuke..." Nagato says; taking his turn at interruption, "Let's just leave it alone. There is no reason for you to be so aggressive towards your friends right now. We protect one another because we love each other... we love you and you should love us..." He stops and looks towards the door as San makes his way back into the room. Test results are back... he passes out sheets of paper. He hands you yours and you immediately take a glance at it.
"Taijutsu: 3 (Unlocks more powerful techniques)
Ninjutsu: 2 (Unlocks more powerful techniques/Provides Resistances)
Genjutsu: 1 (Unlocks more powerful techniques/Provides Resistances)
Intelligence: 3 (Unlocks better choices all around/Helps to unlock more techniques)
Seals: 2 (Requirement for some techniques/Requirement for some summoning)
Speed: 4 (The faster you are the better. ‘Nuff said)
Force: 1 (More physical damage/More powerful taijutsu)
Stamina: 2 (Hit points; how long you can stay alive in battle)
Chakra Pool: 2 (Chakra points; how many techniques you can use in battle)"
"Intelligence is three?" You ask, "What is that?"
"It's a general assessment of your current statistics." He answers, "A 5 is average academy student rating. An 8 is a typical genin level stat."
"So is it an error that my ninjutsu statistic is a 14?" Nagato asks. You frown and turn your head to him. You're shocked and look back down at yours. This is not cool. You sigh...
"When are we starting training again?" You ask.
"It depends on what each of you want to do." He answers, "Most of you are ninjutsu based, anything related to that area is recommended."
A. Request to learn some techniques
B. Request to increase chakra pool
C. Request to learn more about seals/speed
D. Request to do something other than ninjutsu
"I'd be down to learn some techniques!" You quickly shout, getting everyone to shift their attention towards you, "It's pointless to learn anything else if we don't even know how to mold chakra for techniques."
"That's a good point," Yahiko says, "But what about the guards around town? If they find out that we've been learning jutsus behind their back, San could be killed."
"Don't you worry about the guards." He says, "I'll handle them."
"Then lets do that." Konan says, "I've been dying to learn a few things."
"Great!" San cheers, "I'll teach you kids the basics first. Transformation jutsus, the basic clone technique, and how to walk on vertical surfaces." Each of you 'wow' for a moment, eager and ready to start your training to become a ninja.
******
It doesn't take long for each of you to learn the "academy jutsus." Training is easy and covert to say the least. Having to train in the wee hours of the night in the backyard and behind the masking of a barrier technique used by San coupled with a environmental genjutsu.
"My my..." San says with a hint of surprise, "You kids are all so intelligent. I've never seen anyone learn techniques as fast you." You glance over at Nagato who managed to learn the techniques faster than anyone else. His ability to learn new techniques is amazing... Konan was able to match your pace. You understand that they are three years older than you, but with your bloodline limit you assume that you should be able to match Nagato.
"When are we going to learn offensive techniques?" Yahiko asks.
"I will not be teaching you offensive techniques." He answers, "I'm teaching you techniques that will help you survive on your own. Survival and hiding techniques."
"That isn't going to help me stand atop the ninja world!" Yahiko exclaims, "I need something with some fire power."
"I'm sorry." He apologizes, "But I don't know if I can trust some of you learning offensive techniques."
"You can trust us!" Konan cries. San quickly takes a glance towards you and then back to her.
"Fine." He says, "I will teach you a few basic techniques each... based on your elemental affinities. Yahiko will learn suiton, Nagato fuuton, Konan fuuton, and Daisuke katon. Since Daisuke is the youngest I will train him first."
*Learned*
Henge
Chakra Cost: 1 CP
Damage: None
Effect: Allows you to change your physical appearance to something/someone else without making any major appearances.
Clone
Chakra Cost: 1 CP
Damage: None
Effect: Allows you to create a second image of yourself that mimics your movements. Damage dealt to the clone automatically destroys it. Doujutsus are capable of seeing through the clones. These clones can not do damage.
*Technique to Learn*
A. Create a Fire Technique costing 1-3 CP; Dealing no more than 10 damage
B. Learn a technique named "Fire Senbon" (Creates a projectile that resembles a senbon needle.)
C. Learn a technique named "Lesser Fireball" (Fires a ball of fire from the mouth that deals minor AoE damage)
D. Learn a technique named "Fire Punch" (Expels katon chakra on the point of impact that deals major fire damage at the cost of minor chakra)
Even though San informs your group that he would be training each of you immediately, he doesn't get the chance to do so for three days. Apparently Konoha forces have began to pull out from Amegakure and calling the fight a lost cause. Someone by the name of Hiruzen Sarutobi has decided to focus more on domestic problems rather than foreign relations. The fight will be left to Sunagakure and Iwagakure.
On the night of your training, Nagato and Yahiko decide that they will come outside and listen to the lecture you'll receive and to provide you some moral support. "I'll understand if you don't learn the technique the first time around," San says, "But we're going to be going over this minute after minute until you can mold your chakra type. You know the wall climbing technique, so sending x amount of chakra to a certain location on your body should not be a hassle."
"Like this?" You ask as you show him the palm of your hand and visible chakra swirling about it. San's mouth drops in amazement.
"Just like that!" He exclaims with a lack of breath, "Now pull from deep inside... you'll feel your body temperature begin to shift for a moment." The chakra floating on your hand begins to fade away... you failed to use the technique. He sighs, "Again." You repeat what he says to you over and over again until finally you feel entirely exhausted. "I guess that's enough." He says, this time with a lack of enthusiasm. "I thought that you would have mastered the technique quickly... come, Nagato, we'll work with you next."
"I thought you -"
"No arguing with me, Daisuke. We'll work with you later." Nagato stands up and makes his way towards San. "Alright, Nagato. The fuuton technique that I will be teaching you is called Wind Sickle..." You zone out for a moment thinking of how it's possible for you to have felt. You have a bloodline technique, there shouldn't be any problem with how you're doing things... You raise your fist again and try to force chakra out of your body, but it doesn't seem to be anything there.
"Forget about it." Yahiko whispers, "You can channel normal chakra through your hands... just be proud with that... or try doing something else with it." He smiles, "Surprise San."
A. Consider him correct, start work on a new technique that uses normal chakra through your hands
B. Consider him correct, try using the same method, but this time through your mouth
C. Tell him he's wrong and continue trying to learn the Fire Punch technique
D. Slap him across the face and then ruthlessly attack him (+5 evil, +10 chaotic)
"You're right." You say to Yahiko with a tone of a disappointment behind your voice, "I guess I can't do that yet, I felt fire in my stomach when I tried to channel it to my fists, but I didn't know how to move it to my hands. If I push it straight up..." Before you can finish you feel sharp winds move towards you. You turn your head to see a visible, thin slice of wind flying towards you; "Yahiko get down!" You order as you fall backwards from your seat and onto the ground.
The scythe like blade of wind barely avoids cutting your nose off your face and collides into the exterior wall of San's home. As you flip over and lift yourself off the ground, you notice San's large expression of happiness on his face. "You did it!" He cheers, "In less than five minutes. Your bloodline must be something powerful!" He grabs a notebook out of his back pocket and begins recording the results.
"Looks as if Nagato is the most powerful of our group." Yahiko whispers in awe. He's wrong though! You're the strongest of the group. You clench your fist and squint your eyes. Rage begins to build up in your body... you feel the fire begin to boil in your body.
The grass beneath your feet begins to wither. "Daisuke?" Yahiko asks. You look towards him. His body begins to sweat profusely. The sweat on his forehead immediately begins to evaporate once it accumulates on his skin.
"DAISUKE!" San shouts. You stop raging and shake your head, "Stop that!" You look down at your hands to see that fire had enveloped them during the process. Your entire body has the feeling as if fire had began to seep from every inch of your body, "I suppose that rage builds your power up. It's a trait of Scorch Release users... hmm..."
"Did you get mad at me, Daisuke?" Nagato asks in a near whiny tone.
"Not at you... but at the fact that you learned your technique so quickly... I can use a technique, too."
"Can you?" San asks.
"Yeah, can you?" Yahiko asks with a hint of sarcasm.
***Can you? Which one can you do. One is correct***
A. Show them that you can envelop your body in fire
B. Show them that you can breathe fire
C. Show them that you can throw a fire punch
"I can fire a fireball. I realized it when I was trying to throw a fire punch." You inform your teammates, "See watch... you use a couple of seals." You continue as you form the Tiger, Ram, Horse, and then the Tiger seal again. You raise the tiger seal to your mouth and force the heat lodged into your stomach up through your throat and out of your mouth. The fireball is a small one, but it fires out of your gullet quickly. You're able to channel it for only a short while before you feel completely drained of your energy.
You look up to see San smiling and nodding, "Great job." He congratulates, "You're going to need some more chakra if you're going to be firing fireballs. I'm sure that took a lot out of you." You notice that he's right... you're panting harder than what you should be. "We'll fix that in due time. In the meantime, I want you and Nagato to just continue practicing what you just learned. I will be teaching Yahiko a suiton technique."
Yahiko leaps into the air a few times in excitement, "I will catch up to both of you in just a moment!" He and San move further away this time.... closer to a small pool of water that had accumulated in his backyard from all of the rainfall. While they do that you turn to Nagato who is intimately watching the other two train.
"So your technique seems to be far more deadly than mine and you look fine." You look him over... he looks the exact same as he did before learning how to use the technique, "What's your history? Do you already know ninjutsu and just never told any of us?"
"No." He answers. He continues to look ahead, seemingly blowing you off.
"What else are you hiding?"
He continues answering with short answers, "Nothing."
"Fine. Are we going to continue practicing molding chakra or what?"
"Sure." He answers. He turns to you this time and says, "I know the problem that you're having with your Fire Punch, and I can teach you how to do it correctly, but you're going to have to a favor for me."
"Nagato asking for a favor? And why does he seem so serious?" You think. "Sure." You answer, "What's on your mind?"
"I think that San is using us. At least you and I." He says, "I've been going through some of his documents and he's been recording just my progress and yours. My guess is that he's going to either send us to Hanzou as tools for his army when he ripens us up or that he's going to use us to kill him."
"Those are two very different guesses. What are you suggesting?" You ask.
"We may need to escape from him. My only concern is when... and how. He's a jounin level shinobi and one of the highest ranking members of Hanzou's army. If we get away he can put a warrant out for our capture and then we'll be forced to work for Hanzou anyway, or worse, killed."
A. Tell him he has nothing to worry about, if anything happens you two can hold your own (-5 evil, +Nagato's respect)
B. Tell him you will talk to San about it.
C. Tell him you'd love to work for Hanzou anyway (+3 evil, +1 chaotic, -Respect from all friends)
D. Tell him that you will all leave tomorrow when he leaves for work
E(vil choice only): Tell him that you will kill him yourself in his sleep tonight (+10 Evil, +10 Chaotic)
"I see..." You think aloud, "Yeah... let's just the ball continue rolling; whatever happens, happens. In the end, if he does use us to get him points with Hanzou and we get closer to Hanzou, that's only good for us. It makes it that much easier to kill him."
Nagato smiles and takes your hand. He gently closes it, making a fist and closes his eyes before saying, "The trick to sending chakra to one area is concentration. Your chakra moves in a clockwise motion... so, even though you're right handed, the punch is easier to create with your left hand. You look down and notice that he's right... you had been trying to throw the punch with your right. "Eventually, you'll be able to throw Fire Punches with either fist, but right now, it's best that you learn to channel the chakra through your left arm rather your right arm, even if it doesn't feel very natural." He releases your fist and looks back towards the house, "I'm going to go check on Konan, I'll let you get back to practicing that... don't be afraid to use seals to help you channel the chakra in that direction."
"Right." You think, "Another problem that you were facing... channeling without seals is something chunnin level ninja can do... maybe you're aren't ready for that quite yet."
You form the Boar, Tiger, Ram, and Tiger seal and try it again, this time with different results than before. This time the chakra from your fist becomes red and bursts on impact... sort of like an explosion. It's getting closer... maybe, though, you are out of chakra and need rest. You look back towards Yahiko and San to see that he's struggling trying to learn to use a suiton technique. You chuckle... "Only a loser can't manipulate water. Yahiko is never going to sit atop the ninja world..."
***Level Up***
*You get three points to distribute in these areas since it's what you practiced:*
Ninjutsu

Chakra Pool
(Current scores)
Taijutsu: 3
Ninjutsu: 2
Genjutsu: 1

It takes four days for Konan and Yahiko to learn their respective techniques. It took Konan the majority of the three days because San discovered that even though her chakra affinity is fuuton, she is unable to produce elemental chakra on her own, only manipulate it. Luckily for her, she is highly intelligent and nimble... she is also creative. She won't be as powerful as the guys in the group, but she will never become helpless.
After Nagato taught you the proper way to use the Fire Punch ability, you quickly master it on your own, further impressing San and putting you one step ahead of Nagato.
***Technique Learned***
Fire Punch
Chakra Cost: 2
Damage: (Force stat) + 5
Effect: A physical attack using fire and strength to add bonus fire damage to your punches.
While Konan and Yahiko practiced learning their new techniques, you and Nagato continued reading on basic "Yin/Yang" techniques and how they work. "Konan will become a Yin/Yang master." Nagato says, "She is already able to control her origami through chakra manipulation alone."
"I saw that." You say with a smile on your face. The past four days have drawn you and Nagato closer. You aren't sure why you never noticed it before, but there's something about him. You seem drawn to his power... it's almost a friendly intimidation. You know that he's powerful and you... respect that. Yahiko will never warrant this kind of respect from you.
San and the others make their way back into the house. "I'm going to catch some Zs before I have to head to work. You guys play nice and don't get into any mischief while I'm sleeping." He leaves you to yourselves and immediately Yahiko goes crazy.
"I can use two suiton abilities! Konan can create origami quickly without even touching paper! Show them!" He orders. She demonstrates her new ability ripping paper from a book and quickly making a flower using chakra without ever touching it.
"Wow..." Nagato says in amazement. You're unimpressed.
"And this is supposed to kill what? More trees?" You ask.
"Shut up, stupid!" she shouts. You shake your head and continue reading, "When San goes to work, you and I should fight one another!" She yells.
"You're on." You say with with enthusiasm.
"No!" Yahiko yells, "We won't be fighting each other, instead, we need to start discussing what we're going to do about San." You look over towards Nagato, not sure when he had told Yahiko.
"If what Nagato says is true, we're going to have to get out of here. I will not work for Hanzou."
"You have it wrong, Yahiko." You reply, "If we get sent to work in Hanzou's tower, we'll eventually get close to him... close enough to -"
"NO!" He exclaims, "I will NOT be apart of his evil deeds. We will kill San when we're strong enough and then we'll work underground and destroy Hanzou when he least expects it."
"It makes more sense to destroy him internally. He will NEVER expect that." You argue.
"I'm siding with Yahiko!" Konan quickly says, "He's older and therefore smarter than you are.
Nagato remains quiet. "Well Nagato?" Yahiko asks.
"Your way works, too, Yahiko." He answers, "But we'll do more damage from the inside than what we can do from the outside. We can convert people to our cause inside of Hanzou's facilities and kill his soldiers and blame their deaths on guerrilla shinobi from warring nations. I'm going to have to side with Daisuke."
For the first time ever, you notice anger in Yahiko. He slams his hand on the table and yells, "FINE! We'll do it your way."
"Then we'll need to discuss how we'll do it." Nagato says...
A. Let Nagato do all of the talking then determine if you agree with his plan
B. Propose that you convince San to put each of you in Hanzou's academy
C. Propose to kill San to get rid of the evidence on your abilities and attempt enrolling yourselves in school
D. Try to convince San to never register any of you in the school and let him privately train you from here on out
"San has protection whether he sees so or not." He continues, "He is the lead medical ninja of all of Amegakure. Even if we're found here, the worst that can happen is that we'd need to be registered."
"You told me that we'd be killed!" You interrupt.
"I thought so." He answers, "But I was wrong. We're too young, we'd have to be registered and placed in the academy. At 16, if we were caught practicing ninjutsu and unregistered we'd be killed on the spot. Luckily, Yahiko is the oldest at 11." Yahiko chuckles and rubs the back of his head with a large small on his face, "Anyway," he continues, "My plan is simply one out of Daisuke's book. There is no need in killing San, he will help us get stronger. More than likely, he's going to use us a means to get in better standing with Hanzou. Bringing him two kids with bloodlines that are young enough to be molded to do his bidding is more than enough to get San some more standing with Hanzou."
"I see." Konan says, "He's just using us."
"Yes he is." Nagato says, "And that's fine. Originally, we were just using him. We used him to gain knowledge on reading, writing, and ninjutsu. There is nothing wrong with what he is doing. When the time is right he'll send us to the Academy and we'll impress the teachers with our abilities. The worst case scenario, we'll become chunnin on the spot and forced to fight in the war."
"And that isn't bad." You interrupt again, "Because we can make a name for ourselves on the battlefield."
"Correct." He says, "And the best case scenario is that we make it to the chunnin exams and impress Hanzou in person... he'll be wowed and ask to speak to us directly. From there, we have to chose our words correctly and become a member of his Salamander Guard."
"The Salamander Guard..." you think. You remember reading reading about them in one of San's books. It's a group of three S-Class ninja each with powerful kekkei genkai. Each of them are masked and never seen in Amegakure, but they are always there. Supposedly, each of them are masters in two different areas of jutsu. Getting to that level of trust with Hanzou would take time... but the plan works.
A. Sounds good, we'll go with that.
B. Reject the plan, you'd rather train here indefinitely
C. Reject the plan, you'd rather kill San so that he doesn't gain from your talents (+10 chaotic, +5 evil)
"Sounds good," you answer, "we'll go with that." The other two nod as well... locking in your future...
It isn't another two days before San requests an audience with you again. "This time we will be going over combat tactics and techniques." He says, "What do you know about it so far?" He asks.
"Always go for the kill." You answer swiftly, "The mission or task at hand is more important than my well-being." You add after a brief hesitation.
He nods, "You've been doing a lot of research." He says, "Do you intend to follow those rules accordingly?"
"No." You answer honestly.
"Which do you have conflict with?" He asks.
"My life is not worth sacrificing for any cause. I'd much rather retreat and come back to try to succeed at my goal another time."
"You'll never be a top-notch shinobi, then." He says.
"I don't need to be." You respond, "I just need to pretend to be." San smiles curiously at you.
"For a five year old you're very wise... I like that." He tosses a kunai towards you. You grab it successfully without flinching at all. "Lesson 1: Kunai Combat." He says, "Kunai are ultimately piercing damage. They work extremely well against unguarded targets. A great kunai wielder is able to fight against decent sword user and win."
You balance the kunai around a bit and quickly come to the realization that you....
***Combat Preference***
A. Like the way the kunai feels
B. Don't feel comfortable with the kunai
C. Think that the kunai would feel weird in close combat
D. Think that the kunai would be pointless in ranged combat
You say, "Don't think I like the way a kunai feels." You flip it around and throw it as fast and precise as you can at San. He simply tilts his head to the side avoiding it. It continues flying and lands into the wooden fence. "I need something more range based to use, something like senbon or a shuriken." You add.
He reaches into his pouch and reveals both of the items mentioned. "Both of these items are more or less precision and speed based. For you to be a great senbon user, knowledge of the human anatomy and great speed and reflexes. The more precise you are with a senbon the greater the damage you deal. A precision striker can deal critical and lethal damage more frequently than someone just tossing a senbon around."
"What about the shuriken?" You ask.
"Shuriken are great to use in conjunction with jutsus. They can be used to feint your opponent, they deal great slashing damage when coupled with enough force, but ultimately they are a speed based weapon. The faster you can draw and fire them at your opponent, the more effective they are. I'm a senbon user." He informs you, "There aren't many people out there who prefer to use senbon over other items."
"So senbon are better for stealth attacks and shuriken are better for set-ups?" You hold your hand out, reaching for the items and balance them both around. The senbon needle is sooo light... you aren't sure how anyone is able to deal damage with one of these things. The shuriken on the other hands is completely different. Heavy, sharp, and not so discreet in comparison to the senbon.
"Well?" He asks, "Which are you going to mainly use?"
***Combat Preference***
A. Choose to not become proficient in a single item, be decent with all 3
B. Choose the shuriken
C. Choose the senbon
D. Tell them you are going to stick with the kunai
You toss the kunai back to him and say, "As cool as shuriken are, I'm going to be a senbon user. I don't see the point of using anything else."
"Why is that?" He asks, raising his eyebrow high.
"They seem more practical. I don't intend on fighting in long range, and those who are dumb enough to engage me in long range can get a hand full of senbon."
"Honestly," he starts, "If you become powerful enough, you'll hardly ever use ninja weapons. They are no more than set-ups."
"Fine." You say in a hurry, "Let's go ahead and start this, teach me the proper way to use these."
Senbon x40 acquired
Chakra Cost: None
Damage: (Speed)+(Intelligence) [torso]
Effect: A standard needle, ninja weapon.
For the next couple of hours he demonstrates the precise way to hit a target with a senbon from medium range. More precise shots require more intelligence. Right now, you're great enough to hit the torso from medium range... "The smarter you get the more deadly you'll become with these, but as of right now you're only about as good as any other good academy student."
"Damn it." You think to yourself, "I need to be better than 'academy student.'"
"I think that's enough for the day. Inform Yahiko that he'll be receiving training next and Nagato will be last."
"Thank you, San." You say, "Sleep well." You make your way back inside and find the others reading books on the first ninja war."
"Did San tell you that we will be starting school after Nagato's training?" Konan asks.
"No." You answer, "He never mentioned anything to me about it."
"I just informed the guys. We should be starting in three days."
"And the plan is to do our best to rig the teaming to benefit our goals. We're going to have to separate into two groups of two. Do you have a suggestion, Daisuke?"
A. Daisuke/Nagato & Yahiko/Konan
B. Daisuke/Yahiko & Nagato/Konan
C. Daisuke/Konan & Yahiko/Nagato
D. Propose no grouping
"Yeah. If anything Nagato and I should run in the same team. It makes sense. The two bloodline users should stick together to ensure our ultimate safety."
Konan smiles and says, "I'm fine with that, honestly. Yahiko and I have been together for over a year now." She smiles and then stops after she realizes what she said, "I mean as a team." Yahiko blushes and looks back down at the book.
"Speaking of which, Yahiko, you start your training tomorrow. I'm using senbon and apparently, Konan, you're using shuriken?" You ask.
"Correct. Who uses senbon?" She asks sarcastically.
"Smart, calculating people. Generic shinobi use shuriken."
"That's fine. I don't use metal shuriken anyway." She points to several sheets of paper on the the table and design them into small shuriken. She then lifts them off the table and allows them levitate off the table for a moment. Yahiko smiles and smirks at you, waiting for you to one up her this time. Unfortunately, you can't.
"Well?" He asks, "You going to say cool or anything?"
"No. I don't care about that.... It would be cool if she'd fix me a glass of milk before bed."
"You're an *******, Daisuke!" She shouts.
You simply smile and head to your pallet on the floor. No point in arguing with these chumps...
******
The first day of the academy is a cold one. For once, the rain seems to be warmer than the weather outside. San drops you off at the academy and tells us that our class is on the first floor of the tower. This is the same tower as Commander Hanzou. You remember reading that his room is on the second highest level to ensure that no invaders attempted to invade the tower and have easy access to his room.
You follow Nagato and Yahiko as they lead the way to the registrar's office. The man behind the desk is wearing a water mask like much of the chunnin and higher level shinobi in town. He looks at each of you and asks, "Are you the four kids that Vice Admiral San are sponsoring?"
"Yes sir." Nagato says in a proper voice.
"Follow me." He orders. He raises from his desk and leads each of you to a large class room with a little over fifteen kids ranging from your age to a little over Yahiko's age. The teacher, wearing a matching outfit as the registrar turns to each of you, without saying a word, and points to some desks in the room. The registrar shuts the door behind him without saying anything.
You turn back to the desks to see that none of them are together in a group. You're going to have to pick to sit next to someone you don't know. There is a girl with bright red hair sitting near the front of the room. She appears to be about eight years old. Her clothes indicate nobility so at the very least she is probably very intelligent. Another is a boy with brown hair, probably your age. He looks pretty ordinary. The open seat near the back is a male with blue hair and very pale skin. He has a water mask already, quite similar to the one the teacher is wearing. At the very least he is a member of some clan... but you're leaning towards a bloodline. The final person is definitely a clansman. His skin is similar to that of a reptile and his beady green eyes are almost intimidating. He's dressed in nothing similar to to anyone else in the room. His people must be a respected tribe to the village nothing more.
A. Take the seat next to the rich girl
B. Take the seat next to the ordinary boy
C. Take the seat next to the clan boy
D. Take the seat next to the reptile kid
E. Wait until they are taken and get the last one
Not wasting any time like the others, you make your way quickly to the boy in the back of the classroom with the pale skinned, blue haired boy. Once you take your seat he turns his head towards you and stares for a moment. You notice that his eyes are solid white... is he blind? You turn away from him and watch as your 'friends' make their way to their seats.
"Now back to the lecture..." the teacher begins, "molding chakra is pretty simple. The basic seal to..." You immediately begin to zone out. You know everything he's talking about already, but some of the people in the classroom are intently taking notes. The boy besides you turns to you again and flicks a paper ball at your desk.
"What?" You whisper to him.
"Do you know this already?" He asks.
"Obviously." You answer, "I'm not writing anything down."
"I do too. I've known most of this for a year now, but my older brother wouldn't let me join the academy until he considered me chunnin level."
You grin and ask, "So you're saying that you're way passed this stuff?"
"Yes. I'm a genius. Probably much like you. You're what... not even six yet?"
"Correct."
"Awesome. You want to do something fun after school?"
"Yeah." You answer, "What do you have in mind?"
"The academy graduation for the previous class is going on today. We should go wreck the party."
A. No man, I have to get back home (-5 chaotic, -This guys loyalty)
B. Sure, I'm down (+5 chaotic, +This guys loyalty)
(C)haotic choice) (You guys don't have enough): Why don't we just blow the entire stadium up?
D. What does it entail? I don't want to do anything bad. (-10 evil, -5 chaotic)
(E)vil choice: As long as I get to test my techniques on people, sure (+5 evil, +5 chaotic)
