You chaps want to board game? Of course you do! I found a thing that makes everything reeeaaallll simple. Well, simpler than any alternative.
This is the program:
www.vassalengine.org/index.php
These have what you need to get:
www.vassalengine.org/wiki/Module:Arkham_Horror
Everything in the Jan 2013 category is the full game, except for the non-revised Dark Pharaoh (why would you need it when there's a revised version) and Masks of Nyarlathotep (a fan expansion). Now I suppose if we're starting off we don't need every expansion, but you will definitely need the base game, the base game decks, Dunwich Horror (adds injuries and madnesses, which are essential additions), Kingsport Horror, and Innsmouth Horror. The latter three will at least add more items, baddies, and characters. Even if we don't use the map expansions they add, you want the full roster of characters, right?
As for the program, just make a modules folder within its folder and slap the things in there. You'll add the base game without decks as a module, and the rest of the things are extensions, added by right clicking the arkham horror thing from vassal's main menu. Extensions can be disabled by right clicking, etc. For some reason when you load up a game the message log encompasses the entire screen-- there's a slidy grabby thing at the bottom that will reveal the game board.
Here is a nice rules summary of everything:
www.orderofgamers.com/downloads/ArkhamHorror_v7.1.pdf
And a dedicated wiki that has everything about the game:
www.arkhamhorrorwiki.com/Main_Page
That should cover most things. I made this topic to avoid repeating this forever and ever in the chatbox below. This vassal thing has a shit ton of board games, so if anyone's savvy about something on there, then that can be played, too.
If vassal ends up not working, I suppose I could screenshot the boards and slap them on roll20 and then use vassal as the GM machine. I could just pull out the board game itself, but that's a looooot of cards to deal with <_<
