Yushi, how many votes does it take to get moved? This will be much easier with a seperate thread to keep up with stats and such nonsense

Your hair color is
A. Blacker than the blackest blackness
Black is nearly too common, but it's good for subtlety.
It's styled like
O. Short to medium length, messy
No comment really.
You've got hair on your face, too.
X. 5 o'clock shadow
I like the House look.
The descendents of your clan tend to have rather mysterious and intimidating personalities,
f. but you're charming and witty
You also have eyes, believe it or not
n. some other color - Light grey
Also Clown, it takes 30 votes to move. So 3 more.

I'm working 40+ now so that's why updates are kind of scarce at the moment. However! I'm off until Friday this week, so first I'm going to make the stats thread and then I'll update the story.

You grab your combat knife and a dagger of your clan's design off of your nightstand, followed by a set of heavy and light throwing knives. You sheath the combat knife and the dagger at each a side of your hips, and the two heavy throwing knives on the outer side of your calves. The light throwing knives go into a strap that runs diagonally across your armor. Now, you're all geared up and ready to go. You turn off your lights before walking out your front door and locking it behind you. Right as you turn around, the wind kicks up and you feel small droplets of rain falling on you at random intervals. The sky is nice and dark, even for five in the morning. Perfect, you've got a nearly day long trip ahead of you and the weather decides to go crazy. Lightning strikes nearby as you take your first step towards the capital city. You head north, entering Pelouse, the small village that your home lies on the outskirts of. You follow the quiet main road still north until you exit the town and enter into the wilderness. The only thing between you and your destination now is a bunch of trees. Then again, there are a lot of trees. Just as you cross the treeline, it begins pouring down, damping you and everything around you. The forest between Pelouse and the capital city, Caelum, is a particularly dense one, and the branches overhead fortunately protect you from the worst of the deluge.
Between howling gusts of wind and roars of thunder, you think you can make out footsteps behind you. They sound awfully quadrupedal. You turn around to see the outline of a large wolf, eyeing you hungrily. You ready your weapons, but the wolf simply howls. A short moment later, two smaller wolves make themselves apparent, standing at the larger one's flank. The group of wolves approach you menacingly. Clearly, Mother Nature is pissed at you over something. Suddenly, the larger of the wolves leaps for your throat. You're a quick one, but you hardly have time to react, so you simply hold your forearm in front of your neck. The wolf clamps down on it, only letting go when you attempt to throw it off of you. (-4 health) The other wolves begin to attack, but they are almost cumbersome when compared to the first. You have ample time to beat them to the punch.
1. Alpha Male - 35 health 2. Pack member 1 - 19 health 3. Pack member 2 - 20 health
Health - 51/55 Mana - 80/80
A. Attack B. Throw !. Light throwing knife ?. Heavy throwing knife C. Ability !. Unload ?. Counterstriking @. Off-hand strike $. Void breath(choose concentrated or area) D. Defend (increases armor value and evade and resist chances) E. Flee (50%)
(Pair up choices with the number of the target you want to attack. Obviously, defending and fleeing dont require a target, nor does area Void Breath)

You immediately release a black mist that envelopes the smaller wolves. They emerge shortly after, but the damage is done. They fall to the ground with their throats clamped tightly shut. (-25/-25) The larger wolf suddenly takes off toward you, staying low to the ground. He pounces again, only this time with enough force to knock you down. You use its momentum to send it sailing over your head with your legs, then hop up. That one almost took the wind out of you. (-6 health) The wolf recovers, then eyes you hungrily. Unfortunately, you have a supper to attend yourself, so there's no time to stick around here for breakfast.
Alpha male - 35 health
Health - 47/55 Mana - 33/80
A. Attack B. Throw !. light ?. heavy C. Ability !. Unload ?. Counterstriking @. Off-hand strike D. Defend E. Flee (60%)

The only way you can end this in one hit is to crit with off-hand strike. Unload can't do it.
I won't give tips this time, but since this the first fight, it's okay.

Throws all of our light throwing knives (5) for five damage each (total: 25).
Also, correct me if I'm wrong, clown, but don't we have a perk that regens our health each turn, or am I just misunderstanding that perk thread?
C!

The wolf bares his yellow teeth as he feigns another leap. After the fake, it really does go for one, just as you fling all five of your light throwing knives at it. They collide in midair, and you sidestep the wolf, turning as it smashes into the ground. (-25) The wolf rises with shaking legs, forcing itself to square off with you again. Its legs give beneath it, and it struggles to stand again. The wolf whines in resignation.
Alpha male - 10 health
Health - 49/55 Mana - 16/80
A. Spare it B. Attack C. Throw: heavy knife D. Ability: recall

Road to Manhood will be following the timeline, and that's too much work from my phone. By too much work, I mean it will be nearly impossible for me to do from my phone. So, it's going on the shelf until I either purchase and ipad or a new laptop charger

You put away all of your weapons and approach the wolf. He eyes you nervously as you remove your throwing knives as gently as possible, wipe them off, and stow them away as well. The wolf whines again, expressing appreciation, before taking off into the depths of the forest. Not two minutes later, it returns with a chewed up deer leg and drops it at your feet.
"Uh... thanks."
The wolf happily imitates a smile. You ignore the deer leg and continue on your journey, still feeling the adrenaline pumping. It's been a long time since you had to throw down. Years, in fact, from the last conflict with the humans that border the middle-eastern side of the empire. You found yourself a little out of shape, sluggish, and slow to react. Still, you can already tell you've shaken a little rust off and taken a step closer to your prime. You look back to the animal trotting behind you. You wonder if he may have learned a thing or two from the fight, as well.
Level 2
Allocate 5 attribute points. Agility - 17 Endurance - 10 Intelligence - 16 Luck - 13 Speed - 17 Strength - 12 Will - 17
Ability upgrade: A. You are very precise with Unload, and now each consecutive hit does 1 extra damage. (5+6+7+8+9) rather than (5 x 5). B. Off-hand strike no longer has a cool down. C. Void Breath now adds a decaying effect to anyone who survives the initial damage. Starts at 2 points a turn for 5 turns. D. Recall is now free. E. Counterstiking now adds 2% evade chance when active.
[Alpha Male] Level 2
Allocate 5 Agility - 20 Endurance - 7 Intelligence - 9 (No magic) Luck - 10 Speed - 20 Strength - 15 Will - 10 (No magic)
Perk gained: The taste of steel is still strong in the wolf's mouth. The taste of flesh is much nicer, so the wolf has learned where to bite and where not to bite, or in other words, the concept of armor.
Effect: Penetration +5
