Same, and those non elemental jutsus sound a lot like Dragonball Z

"Okay, let's begin..."
Your two elements were Fire and Water. Curiously, you also had access to Futton (lit. Boil Release, trans. 'Vapor Style') techniques, though you hadn't developed them as far as you would like. Still, you made use of it when you could, and it was quite the useful technique in a pinch.
Fire went well with the Exceed System, which ran on the element by default and made all attacks powered up with intense flame when it was activated. With some work, you could possibly tweak it towards Boil Release or Water Release as well.
Besides your basic elemental moulding, you had a few techniques that you liked to use regularly. You think for a moment on what else you could work on.
---
a) Technique Distribution 1. 2 Fire, 1 Water 2. 1 Fire, 1 Water 3. 2 Water, 1 Fire 4. 3 Water 5. 3 Fire 6. 1 Boil ---
Techniques already acquired:
Boil Release: Skilled Mist Technique - a cloud of highly corrosive mist released from the mouth. The technique does not distinguish between friend or foe, so it is best used where no allies are around. The pH levels of the mist can be manipulated if anyone outside the intended area is affected.
Boil Release: Critical Stream - the cloud of deadly mist is formed into a high-speed jet from the user's mouth, much like a Water Release technique. The range is less than that of the Skilled Mist, but it can be more easily guided and instantly takes care of opponents hiding behind obstacles or armors.
Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire - The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon-shaped fireball. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. A tough technique to learn, but it fit seeing as you were a power type.
Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave - The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. This move also took a bit of work, but you have it pretty much down.
--- Available Jutsu! (non-elemental)
Kikoho - by forming the hands in a triangle shape, one can create a powerful burst of energy outwards towards the target.
Kienzan - razor-sharp disc of chakra, able to cut through...almost anything? Well, at least a lot of things for now.

You go over three jutsu in the time you have. The first was Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning which you had picked up from Asuma Sarutobi at one point in time. It was a technique he liked to use often on missions. It worked by exhaling a large amount of chakra-infused ash from the mouth, and surrounding the enemy with it. From there, a spark could be used to ignite the ash and create an explosion.
Using Red Queen and Exceed would make this technique even more useful, you thought, since a simple turn of the handle could create the sparks needed.
The next move was Water Release: Gunshot (Liquid Bullet), which was exactly as it sounded - a powerful shot of water from the user's mouth. Pretty deadly at close enough range.
The last move you worked on was Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique, which you had first learned years ago through many hours of practice with a dear friend...
"Whew. Okay, it's starting to get dark, and...I'm a little tired. Guess it's time for bed right now..."
You head home after a long day, ready to fall asleep as soon as you've had your shower, even. You manage to stay awake long enough to get into some clean clothes, before hugging your pillow tightly and drifting away.
---
...Or not.
"Hey, hey! You've gotta wake up!"
No...what the hell was this...
"Come on, it's an emergency!"
Emergency...sheesh, why now...? You were having the nicest dream as well...
---
a) Get up and see who it was at the door 1. Tell them to go away 2. Ask them what's going on
b) Yell from your bed that you didn't want any disturbances right now, you were tired.

As my grandmother says from time-to-time: "No rest for the weary." Funny because my grandfather always said "there ain't no rest for the wicked" followed by calling me a piece of shit taking a drag on his cig and drinking his scotch

You shuffle out of bed and head downstairs to see what exactly was going on. This time of night wasn't for any real work, at least not for you right now...
You unlock your door and note a chuunin standing there in that recognizable green flak jacket, in some kind of panic over something. Well, how important was it?
"The scroll...the forbidden scroll! Naruto's made off with it!"
"Which scroll?"
"It was one of the Shodai Hokage's scrolls of kinjutsu! If he does something with it, then...with his powers..."
You frown at that comment. "That's a little much."
"You don't understand, he's-"
"I know what he is. That doesn't make him any less than human. 'That' won't be released onto us again because of something like that. Do you know how he got into the Third's office like that?"
"The Third's...huh?"
You sigh before telling him to wait a minute, putting on a proper pair of pants and your heels before taking Red Queen with you as you went out, having him trail behind.
"The First Hokage's legacies would have had to be in a place that the Third would frequent. It's public knowledge, anyways."
"But how would he know that?"
"That's what I would like to know..."
"Mizuki reported the break-in, and Iruka went right after Naruto...you think it's suspicious somehow?"
"In more ways than one. I think I'll..."
---
a) Go and look for Mizuki, see what he could tell you
b) Go and look for Naruto, ask him why he took the scroll
c) Go and look for Iruka, to help search
d) Go to the Third's office, ask him for more details

"...look for Naruto. If I find him, I'll try and stop him from using the scroll, unless he's already done so."
"It's not likely. He came dead last in his class, you know? He's nothing like you, Shirohana."
"Funny you should mention that..."
"Why's that?"
"I used to be dead last in my class as well."
"Eh?"
You leave the chuunin with his confused expression, racing off through the trees in your search for Naruto.
After some time, you find him in a clearing, the scroll opened up as he lay on the ground in front of it.
"So...tired..."
"Naruto?"
He forces himself to sit up and rubs his eyes to look at you. "Eh? It's that onee-san from earlier today. What're you doing here?"
"Looking for you, of course. What's that you have there?"
"Oh, it's a special scroll. I got it from the old man's office, if you need to know. I'm just borrowing it for the moment."
"Ah, I see. What are you doing with it?"
"Training, of course!" He certainly looked like it, with his clothes stained with all kinds of dirt, and his hands bruised and beaten up. "Though this scroll kind of bites...the first jutsu on here is a bunshin. I'm terrible at bunshin!"
"I used to be bad at them, too. A lot of things, actually." You kneel down beside him and read the jutsu...Kage Bunshin. Right, that jutsu was pretty dangerous if you didn't use it properly. It could kill someone pretty easily from misuse, which was why the First put it in the scroll. The Third certainly knew it already, but Naruto...
"I think I have it down, Yuki. I can show you if you wanna see."
"Maybe later, Naruto. Right now, we should return this scroll. A lot of people are looking for it right about this time, and some of them might be really angry."
"Why's that? I thought I could borrow this scroll to pass the exam!"
"Who told you something like that?" you ask him.
"It was-"
Something quickly moved through the trees towards you both. You push Naruto out of the way of a giant shuriken, making sure to dodge yourself as well.
"Naruto! Are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm fine!"
Several thumps sound near Naruto, and from what you could see...those were exploding tags!
"Run!" Even though you said that, they were already starting to burn in front of him...!
---
a) Dive in and try to pull Naruto out of the way!
b) Get in front of him and try to take some of the damage!
c) Push him out of the way, no other option!
d) Try and stop the explosion from happening!

“Darn, there’s no time!”
You move quickly and use your shunshin technique to place yourself in front of Naruto, while at the same time taking Red Queen off of your back and shoving the hilt into Naruto’s chest, sending him flying backwards.
You feel your ears ring violently as the tags explode, sending shrapnel into your skin and hitting you with a painful blast wave. Your stomach turns inside of you as you barely manage to keep your balance on the ground.
Even though it was a bad idea…you did it anyways. Though it was nice to stick to your beliefs, sometimes you had to pay the price for them, right?
“You fool…why’d you go and save that kid? It would have saved us both the trouble of having to deal with him later on.”
That voice…
“Mizuki,” you say weakly. “So it was you after all…trying to use Naruto as a scapegoat.”
He lands on a tree branch, grinning madly. “Well, it was the best thing to do. Besides, nobody would think too much of it, seeing as he is Naruto, after all. Nobody likes him, anyways.”
“That’s besides the point…”
“Whatever. Hey, Naruto…if you’d just give me the scroll, I’ll smooth it all over with the Hokage for you, yeah? I just need it for a while…”
“Don’t you listen to him, Naruto!” Iruka bursts through the trees, and whiffs at Mizuki as he retreats into another tree.
“Keh…you as well, huh?”
“Naruto, you hide…Iruka and I will take care of this bastard here. Keep the scroll close to you.”
“Y-yeah!” He scampers off to a safe place behind you as Mizuki is distracted. Okay…time to end this.
“Mizuki. If you just stop this right now, we’ll try to get you a light sentence or something like that. You don’t have to go this far…”
“Of course you’d say that, you goodie-goodie.”
“I still can’t believe that you’d go as far to trick a student like that, especially someone as vulnerable as Naruto,” Iruka adds in.
“Oh, boy! That’s a complete riot, you know? Acting like you care about the brat! But you and I know what he really is, don’t we?”
“!”
“Don’t you go there, Mizuki,” you warn.
“Hey, kid! If you’re still around, I’ll tell you the real reason why everyone hates you! The reason why they give you all of those hateful looks!”
“Stop, Mizuki!” Iruka yells out.
“The reason why you’re destined to be a failure!”
“Stop it!”
“You know what day your birthday is, right?”
You knew as well…October tenth. “Mizuki, don’t. There’s a law in place…”
“And surely you know what day the Kyuubi attacked the village!”
“Shut up! Don’t say anymore! Mizuki, think about what you’re doing!” Iruka pleads.
“You get it, now? You’re the Nine Tails! You killed Iruka’s parents! You took away the lives of so many innocents and shinobi, you destroyed families and loved ones! You’re the one…”
“Stop it!”
“That killed the beloved Fourth Hokage!”
A moment of silence takes over. And then, a shuffling of feet from the trees behind you.
“Is it…true?”
He looks at you and Iruka, tears forming in his eyes. “Is it true that I…killed Iruka-sensei’s parents? That I…I killed the Fourth? Tell me…”
“It’s true! All of it! You’re the Kyuubi that ruined so many lives twelve years ago! You get it, now? Nobody loves you! Nobody really cares about you! You’re just trash to them, and they all want you to die! All you have to do is give me the scroll…make this village pay for their lies and deceit! Give in to your destructive nature, your hatred!”
Naruto takes off running at that, looking as scared as you had ever seen him…his eyes were filled with despair at that point, and if something wasn’t done soon…
“I suppose I should get a move on, then. Nobody should miss that kid if I just kill him right here and now!”
Another figure tears through the trees after Naruto…Mizuki? No, wait…that meant that one of them was a bunshin…
The one in front of you charges Iruka with its giant shuriken.
“Yuki! Go and protect Naruto! Please!”
You could help Iruka dispatch the one copy so you could go together, but there might not be enough time to catch up…on the other hand, you had some injuries, so fighting someone like Mizuki wouldn’t be as simple as it seemed.
---
a) Go after Naruto!
b) Stay and help Iruka first!
