I didn't want to write fully in patois because people probably wouldn't understand what the hell he was saying if I did. Hard as hell to read if you don't know it.
Anyways, yeah...somewhat dangerous customers ahead, I guess.

Hidden Village of the Moonlight, huh... I still don't think I fully understand what's going on in Iron Country. But I guess we'll get more details when we get there.
How long will it take to get to Kenedy Port from Sprite City if we left right now, Forte?

Maybe a week and a half to two weeks if you're not interrupted by anything but food and sleep, on the fastest route. About three to four weeks on the slower route.
That's on land, at least. On the water, you might see a decrease of about 3-5 days from a normal time.

OH... So Sprite City is located near the coast, then? Hmmm... And the Moonlight "diplomats" will be in Iron County in 3 weeks?

Sprite City is near a few rivers, which lead out to the ocean. So it's 'near' the coast but not right there. And the people from Hidden Moonlight will arrive in about 3 weeks or so, yeah. They're closer to the destination than you are, but not too much closer. Around the area of where Hidden Sound would be.

One last question: would Cadence trust Joshua if he enlisted Hannah from Moonlight Arms for this journey? I think she might be helpful, as long as Miss Val and Cadence don't mind.

Well, there shouldn't be that much tension between them if anything, and Valerie most likely wouldn't mind lending you Hannah for a while. Maybe Hannah would be a little saddened at finding out Joshua was already taken by now.
I wouldn't see an element of mistrust if a third party was brought along, specially knowing how Cadence and Hannah acted respectively. That and Valerie should be able to read Joshua like a book.

I'd like to stock up at Moonlight Arms with the necessities - explosive tags, wire and kunai traps, soldier pills, etc. Then ask Valerie to lend Hannah for a little while. I would understand Hannah's disappointment at Joshua and Cadence's couple status, but I'm sure she's smart and good looking enough to find someone more capable than Joshua. Honestly, Cadence and Joshua were sort of meant to be. I could tell from the flashback.
Voting to get to Moonlight Arms > stock up > get Hannah > travel via river and ocean to Iron Country with the intention of traveling quickly.

You clap your hands together as you end your thought process. Alright, you knew what had to be done.
"We'll be gone tomorrow, C. I'll introduce you to Valerie and we'll get some extra help on the way home."
"If that's the plan, then I'm down," she responds.
"Alright, then. Let's just get a good dinner in, since it's been a long, long day," Gina says. "If we clean up quickly, more pasta for everyone!"
"I'm partial to antipasta myself," Hidan quips.
"Smartass," Gina jokes back.
---
After a good dinner and lots of fun, everyone takes off to bed for the night. You and Cadence rise early along with everyone else, and head out as Gina, Hidan, and Maria start their work day. You get another crushing hug from the latter, who laments that she didn't get to spend more time with you before you left. You assure Maria that you would make an extended visit sometime soon.
You retrace your steps and end up back at the Moonlight Arms Boutique. Valerie is the first to greet you and, as you suspected, takes note of the girl standing beside you.
"So, this is Cadence Kennedy. I've heard a lot of good things about you, young miss."
"Thank you. Joshua's said a lot of good things about you as well, Miss Mars."
"Please, don't be so formal. Call me Valerie if you wish."
"Okay."
"Joshua, you remembered my words. What can I do for you?"
"Well, I was wondering if I could ask for two things. First would be a few supplies to help me on the way back home...it'll be a long trip. Secondly was personnel."
"I can guess who you mean by that."
"Is it okay with you, Miss Val?"
"It's very well fine with me. Is it fine with you, Hannah? Or are you uncertain right now?"
"..." Hannah looks over at you and Cadence for a few moments before closing her eyes in thought. Cadence signs to you in the meantime.
"This is kind of strange...they both figured it out without us saying a word."
"I counted on that as soon as we stepped in here. I think I might have hurt Hannah a bit..."
"How so?"
"Well, I wasn't giving it too much thought earlier, but...I think she was crushing on me when we first met."
"Sounds common enough," Cadence signs with a look.
"Seriously, though."
"So she's not going to come along, I guess."
"No, she's not that type of person."
"How do you know?"
"I just do sometimes."
"If it's fine with Madame Mars, and Joshua would have me...then I would be honoured to join you both on your journey."
"Hannah, thanks a lot. Listen...I'd better get this out of the way right now. Me and Cadence are together right now, and I got the feeling that you had a thing for me. I could be wrong, but that's the impression I got. So I want to apologize in advance if it's at all awkward for you traveling with us at all, and I hope you find someone that will appreciate your talents and hospitality as much as I have."
That sounded stiff as hell...but that was all that you had.
"Thank you. I appreciate your kindness, Joshua. I hope those wishes come to pass as well. I would just like you to know that...as long as I am in your company, I will be happy."
Whew...so she took that well. Seemed like the tension in the air had disappeared.
"But..."
You look over at her questionably.
"I would advise Madame Cadence not to slip up at any point during our travels. I cannot promise that I would ignore any...opportunities given to me."
You look over at Cadence, noting her smiling back at the other girl's warning. "I catch your drift. Just make sure that you understand...you're going to have a hard time finding them."
"I wouldn't expect any less..."
Valerie lets out a laugh at the whole exchange. "This is quite something, isn't it? How will you deal with it all, Joshua?"
"Well, I'd just let the ladies duke it out on their own, and you know...to the victor goes the spoils, as they say," you respond with a mischievous smile.
"My, my. You're quite a troublemaker already, aren't you?" Valerie says, smiling back. "Come, I'll get you all set up for your trip home. I have some clothing for all of you."
---
Valerie set you up with a bunch of tools, such as kunai, shuriken, exploding tags, smoke bombs, and other supplements for battle conditions.
Hannah dressed pretty plainly, wearing a white blouse and black knee-length skirt with dark stockings and a pair of combat boots. She draped a trench coat over one of her shoulders, and had a pair of
Cadence chose to wear a black hoodie with a red shirt and red knee-length shorts, adding in a pair of high cut sneakers and knee-socks. She had tape wrapped around her ankles and bandages all over her arms and hands. She also had on a pair of fingerless gloves.
You chose to wear a red plaid hoodie with a blue shirt underneath, black jeans, and your old pair of sneakers. You had a pair of heavy-duty gloves in your back pocket just in case.
"Well, looks like we're about ready," you say to the girls as you shoulder your packs. "I think we have everything that we need, so I guess it's time to get a move on. We'll be seeing you, Miss Val."
"Alright. Take care, all of you. Oh, and...don't rush things too quickly, ladies. There's only so much a man can take, you know."
You can't help but laugh at that as you wave and head off.
---
After reaching the piers, you three catch a moderately-sized ship headed south towards the ocean and making a stop in Water Country, on one of its many islands.
As you set sail, you're immediately reminded of times past, when you were back home watching ships go in and out of the ports...
"Well, we've got a lot of time to kill here. Anything that you want to do?" Cadence asks, snapping you out of your thoughts.
"Hadn't thought that far ahead yet...we'll be on this boat for a while, so maybe we should do something productive after all."
--- a) Hang around for a while and do something on your own. 1. Rest 2. Train 3. Study
b) Maybe do something with the girls for a bit? 1. Train 2. Study 3. Chat
c) Explore the ship, maybe? Probably someone you could talk to. 1. Hang around the main deck. 2. Go upper deck. 3. Go lower deck.
d) Free option.

Yeah, I know. Threesomes are good and all but that would hurt Cadence's feelings even if she agreed to it to make J happy.
See, I'm a good person deep down. Cactus' cyoa is a good place to act like an asshole. Forte's is to be taken seriously.

YEAH GUYS THIS IS SERIOUS BUSINESS OVER HERE YOU CAN'T HAVE THREESOMES WITHOUT SOME INTENSE DISCUSSION AND WHAT NOT
btw all social scenes with women are a MYNMC from now on. The perils of a relationship and women wanting to devour you. Or parts of you.
Nah, joking. That would be super-trolling. Well, the first part.
Anyways, update sometime soon. Cleaning at the moment.
